Yeah, and I think there have been a few other years where there's a slow start. At some point they'll get it figured out and start winning at a high percentage. May take a couple of road trips to bond and such.
Well done Pressly and Montero! No. Bravo, gentlemen. Bravo. Glad to see you two helped COMPLETELY **** US OVER TONIGHT.
Wife and I have one due literally end of October, if that counts because WE'RE GOING TO THE WORLD SERIES AGAIN AND WE'RE GONNA WIN IT THIS YEAR AND WE WILL BE IN THE WORLD SERIES AGAIN AND WE'RE GONNA WIN IT THIS YEAR AND WE WILL BE IN THE WORLD SERIES AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Obviously one game I don't care too much about, but Meyers, Dubon, Maldonado is no bueno. Would we have won this game with our best lineup, maybe, maybe not, but it's still annoying. We're already rolling with an unproven rookie DH(which I'm OK with) we cant do that and field that supporting lineup.
If they feel Dubons glove is that much better I'm OK with it during the Framber starts, but I'd have liked to see Hensley after Maldy got the hit.
Montero never inspired a whole lot of confidence in me. Would prefer to see Abreu in the set up role. Of course he didn’t cause Pressley to crap the bed
I hate using relief pitchers for one inning. Abreu was dealing and prob could have pitched a 2nd inning
We currently have 3 automatic outs in the lineup. Need brantley back asap. Diaz looked over matched today, hopefully that is more bc of cease than him. Need a different solution at 2nd.
We can't blame the GM on this, the Stros signed Monty before we got the GM. Wasn't Stanek a setup guy once. We allowed 11 hits and escaped too many runners in scoring positions. The Stros almost stole this game.
