I'm certainly not going to change your mind.

BTW, I noticed that you conveniently left out the record before Watson got hurt.

Young is not a perfect fit here. That's just who they want here.

I would be happy with that if we can get Hyatt and Gibbs in the 2nd rnd. We need some playmakers

As long as they can find a long time starting center in the 3rd I'm good with picking up Gibbs/Hyatt. Also gotta find a long time starter at TE. Because Schultz is on a one year deal and to run the ball like Ryans wants you need a do it all TE.

Sounds like the Texans may need to trade down from #12 and pickup an extra #2.

He is as perfect a fit here as any QB in this draft.

    That would be great.

I'm thinking at 2-33 get Schmitz and I like LaPorta a lot

Use the 2 TE sets with running Pierce/Singletary/Boone/Sharpe and add a WR that can run like Ford-Wheaton.

Pick Smith or a guy like Sanders or Van Ness after trading down in the 1st and I'm as happy as can be with this draft.

Seems like as we get closer to the draft there seems to be more of an idea on what possible positions teams will target at certain picks.

This was slight speculation from a friend who has some knowledgeable friends, but they think the Texans will dangle 1-12 if one of the top CBs goes before that pick and a run on QBs starts. Also thinks Texans are leaning more BPA than need with that pick due to them needing quite a bit of young talent.

They also think it’s CJ at 1 and Bryce at 2. Take all of this with a pinch of salt as this same person was told that Jabari was going 1st and to put money on it while the line was shifting towards Banchero, but I thought I’d share.

I'm hoping there's a run on CB's and a team like the Steelers wants to trade up for one.

There are 2 other ways to go. Draft Anderson and trade up for Levis/Hooker/Richardson, or draft Young and trade up for Wilson or Carter.

I would be in favor of trading down from 1-12 if Young is the pick at 1-2.

LMAO you have the insights on what the owner is thinking. About the 68,000, I have actual data to prove my statement. You got any to back up yours?

I'm just telling you 68,000 sold doesn't mean 68,000 in the stands.

25,000/30,000 seems about right. I can tell you this, you obviously haven't gotten robo phone calls from the Texans org begging you to come to the games.
