I'm still gutted about the Coogs, I truly thought this was the year. Especially since this the most winnable Final Four in the history of the tournament. Experience, check HOF coach, check Lottery talent, check POY candidate, check Length, check Bench, check ... One horrendous defensive effort in the Sweet 16, check
Loss still stings a bit. how great it would have been to come home for the Final 4. The interest has dramatically faded for me to check out anything with the Final 4. Will probably go to the final 4 fest for a day at George R Brown but no longer going to the games this weekend. UH will still be good next year. Excited to start the B12 journey. Loss of Jarace but very talented number of bigs coming in to play next to Roberts/Francis. Shead/Tramon will both be tasked with a bigger roles now that sasser is gone. Mylik who redshirted will be a good rotational backup for shead. Sharp/Terrance need to show they are ready for expanded roles as well

he'll be back. going through the draft process is a formality for them to get better. nobody on this roster is getting drafted this year outside of walker/sasser Mark will use next year as his best shot at getting to the next level. Same goes for Shead
Two Houston area kids, PJ Haggerty and Eddie Lampkin, has entered the Portal wonder if Smapson has any interest?
If they can finish their business next season, I see NBA roster spots for both these Coogs. I'd covet Shead as a backup PG.
As the 2 main focal points of the team next year, its their best opportunity to build towards that. The more Coogs that make it into the league the better
No, no, no... Manor Mal must win it all for the Coogs next year, and then get a better NBA deal. But if he actually enters the draft, I hope the Rox snag him and Jarace both.
Shead seems like he can be a Bev type player at the next level. Probably go undrafted but will find his way on a team.
He will be back I would be stunned if the NBA people told him he would be drafted if he came out this year.
It would be disappointing to see Shead or Mark leave early but you have to do what's best for you Are they realistic NBA prospects? no but they can play pro ball somewhere It worked for Nate Hinton.. to a certain point
As he should, he gets evaluated and talks to the NBA guys, and then he can go back to UH for another year. ETA: I thought you said NBA not transfer, my bad.
I thought at first must me April fools joke but now too many sources now saying the same thing. To me he was one of our best players, Only silver lining I can think of is that we must have a couple of shooters coming our way from the transfer portal. In Sampson we trust.
Mark leaving UH and Hunter leaving UT makes no sense at all. It's their team next year, how or why do they think they'll end up in a better situation?
