    it's mainly Rich new yorkers, but apparently Miami is full of them now because they want to stay RICH (no state tax)

    There are no Latinos in Connecticut
    The Latino population in Texas and Florida are much higher

    Try to find Carne Asada or some Cubano sandwiches there

    I don't think I'd rank either in my top 20 states for quality of life for the average person.

    Texas is home, Florida I hear has a pretty good education system, both are warm and have solid vacation spots, so still pretty neat?
