He declared literally in the lockerroom after the game. Good for him. Board man gets paid. He has an NBA framework. He's fast, strong, and long. You can see the 3 ball potential is there. He gets lost sometimes on defense during heavy switching. Both of these things are coachable. He's a starting caliber NBA player at worst and at best I'd say a near ideal stretch big in this new NBA era.
UH has some players returning but they will have a young roster next yr. They need some veteran transfers. Preferably a center and a sg.
That’s what I was trying to answer, but read your question wrong. I don’t think Miami would beat UH over a 5 or 7 game series. Nothing’s impossible, obviously, but UH would be heavy favorites to win a series. I don’t think that kid from Miami would shoot 70% over a series of games as he did in the 1 game against UH. Again, this is a big part of what makes college basketball such a different product than the NBA.

I am glad Miami one today it helps me feel a little better about UH losing the other night. It would have been beyond disgusting to see UT fan parading around town playing in the final four here.
