I’m bullish on Jalen and Jabari’s potential, so I do believe this could change soon. Obviously if we draft Wemby, he’ll be our franchise player and best on the team
I know that your only goals in life are to blow Sengun and whine about KPJ, and that's fine....but if you were honest, you'd admit that this season KPJ is at worst the second best player on the roster and he's got more a more well rounded skillset than anyone else on the team. Admitting that doesn't take away anything from your favorite player.
Really good numbers for his age and experience playing the point. But can he be a leader and not a head honcho? It will be determined in the next 2 years.
Difference is that I like KPJ, but I like others on the team as much. If he isn’t on the team, I won’t lose any sleep. If Sengun isn’t on the team, your whole world would come crashing down.

The issue is that there's no basketball reason for any Rockets fan to dislike KPJ. He's objectively one of the best players on the team. Typically those who don't like him are pearl clutching moralizers who get the vapours over things he's done in the past or player first/player only fans who wish their favorite players were doing better and need a scapegoat. I do wonder how you'll personally react when the Rockets land Wemby and move on from Sengun while keeping KPJ. I think the meltdown will be fairly hilarious. It's one of the things I'm most looking forward to this summer. I mean, I'll miss Sengun, but the comedy will make it worth it.
You can make up BS all day long, doesn't make it true. In contrast to you, I have been on this site since before any of the players on the roster except Boban, Augustin, Kaminsky and Tate were even born. In fairness, I'm sure there will be another Euro for him to crush on if the Rockets move on from Sengun.....and his irrational hatred for KPJ will keep him active. He should continue to provide unintentional comedy for years to come.

I accidentally saw this post. There is a 14% chance of us getting Wemby. Then, Wemby doesn't even play the same position as Sengun. Then, we will have a new coach and coaching staff. One can never completely rule out our front office doing something stupid, so if we get to draft Wemby, there is maybe a 15% chance of them trading Sengun because of it. So your wet dream has about a 2% chance of becoming true. Regardless of that, KPJ is not anywhere close to being one of the best players on the team. He just gets to hold the ball a lot because Silas is a pushover. KPJ is a cancer, and he will be gone sooner rather than later.

He is one of the main reasons this team hasn’t played well. Too much over dribbling and wasted motions/actions. Too slow to read defenses and start an action. Makes up his mind on scoring or passing. Bad shot selection especially in critical situations or when team is down. He is supposedly a leader and vet on this team and a lead at the 1. The rest of the team feeds off of this and mirrors him in terms of slow development in the halfcourt and wasted actions.
The Sengun/Wemby two way game would be spicy. Thing with Wemby is that hes a 7-3 small forward. Basically taller Durant is what everyone salivates over. In a lineup with Wemby/Sengun/Green/Jabari the team would need a real PG.
