Yeah, when people wonder about his shameless, demented, or vile posts, we aren't the receivers of that message. There's enough of his base (~30% of Republicans) that will do something out of it, so it's better to anticipate how they'd react rather than to the initial dumb tweets.
The way things are going can probably add another obstruction of Justice charge. This is why I didn’t feel it mattered what Trump is finally indicted for. It could be jaywalking but he’s bound to make it worse.

I find the wording amusing. I would have thought Trump would want to allege that Biden, Hunter, and the Biden family were being unfairly shielded from prosecution. But, according to his lawyers, the Bidens are being treated fairly. So that's good.
