    These stores all citing economic reasons. I will grant that theft may be a portion of the issue but none of the people interviewed mentioned that.

    Yeah a bunch of guys were holding up the deli and stealing their pastrami and corned beef. If it were a crime issue they would have said so. The Craker Barrels they closed weren't even in Portland. That **** happens when your customer base is 70 years old and only eats off the Early Bird/ Senior Citizen menu. Now you have @ROXRAN saying businesses in Tennessee, Texas, and Florida haven't closed because of rising prices and labor issues. What a ****ing joke.

    The joke is San Francisco is the bestest city in the world and no stores are closing downtown cause everyone is happy and criminals are happy with customers money and customers love being robbed while drinking a cappuccino
