I think the best definition of “wokeness”, free of any particular ideological slant, is keeping one’s eyes wide open to how some members of society, particularly oneself or one’s community, are oppressed or discriminated against. If forms of oppression and discrimination do exist, then being “woke” about it is a good thing. Where the Right come from is a disbelief against widespread oppression/discrimination targeting historically marginalized groups. It follows that “wokeness” is false belief system, emblamatic of all the various ways in which the Left see victims that do not actually exist. As has been pointed out, many on the Right also claim victimhood. But because their claims must be true, it's not "woke", which had become associated in their minds with a false belief in victimhood.
There definitely is a growing contingent of right wing folks that are very jealous of Muslim theocracies. At this point I think it's more than some, a good chunk of them.
