Whatever man. It appears when called out on dumb logic you want to change the subject or just quit. I’m ok with that.

They should just go ahead and sign him to a contract before the draft and get it out of the way. Didn’t the Texans do that one year?

Yes, I believe with Mario? Kinda weird since people were still saying could be Reggie or VY going #1. Should've milked it more for the press.

That coverage for that draft was insane. Sure the Texans were happy to get the pick over with.

What subject have I changed? I dont want Young because he's a midget by NFL standards and I think he's going to be miss games regularly like LJ does. No QB his size has ever won much of anything except 1 time in NFL history. I've been very consistent in my beliefs. My beliefs happen to be different than yours. You're an admitted BY fanboy and there's nothing wrong with this.

I am just saying if one of the reasons, which you stated, you didn’t want to draft Young is you were concerned his minor AC injury might happen again and be worse next time. With that logic, you surely can’t want to draft Caleb Williams next year since he had a severe hamstring injury which is much more likely to happen again and be worse than an AC sprain.

Apparently they’re doing this with CJ Stroud, Bryce Young & Will Levis the next three days.

This was common back then. There wasn't a CBA deal that locked in the top draft pick to a slot, so teams who had the first pick would negotiate deals with the top guys ahead of time. Sometimes it changed who they would pick because they couldn't reach a deal with the guy they wanted.

What would they see that they don’t already know? Caserio was right, nothing a QB does at pro day should change your evaluation of then based on tape and interviews.

Agreed, but Teddy's pro day hurt his draft stock.

    Interviews, etc.

Getting to know the guy should be important. There's a reason Carolina sent a whole contingency.
