I thought we would for sure get Azeez. Now that he signed with the titans, I hope to go defense with the second first round pick. Drew Sanders is the pick now for me. Whether we trade down or pick him at 1.12

Sanders or see if Nolan Smith can play LB.

Dont want Simpson. When's the last time Clemson put a pro bowl LB in the NFL?

    He's not going to jail.

It's also very doubtful he falls to 1-12.

I'm hoping Caserio is able to trade down a little bit and pickup some extra picks.

I’m calling my pick in before the titans if Jalen Carter is there. Still think we need another linebacker so I’d look for Noah Sewell later.

I like Nolan Smith’s speed. Would love him if he didn’t lose athleticism while getting up to 250. He’s definitely another option.

    Jalen Carter
    Nolan Smith
    Drew Sanders

    In that order at 12

In today's NFL I like Henley over Sewell.

I would love any of these 3.
Also, Jack Campbell would be a solid fall back linebacker.

I would try to trade up and get him depending on what you have to give up if QB is a given at 1.2. I just think an absolute wrecking crew at DT transforms your defense and allows your edge rushers to be average.

I don’t know much about Henley. Haven’t watched any film. That’s why I haven’t mentioned him at all. So much can change from now until the draft so I still have a bit of time.

I don't like the risk of any of this year's QBs with the #2 overall pick. None of them seems to fit the bill is what I'm referring to. I'd rather risk a low level pick to bridge to next year and/or trade down so we can accumulate more ammunition for next year if we need to go up and get one of the top guys then.

All of the QBs in this class have major flaws and I don't want to gamble with the #2 overall pick in a year where that is the case. It's the same reason teams didn't fall all over themselves last year to run up to get a QB. I know we're likely to get Young if the Panthers don't draft him and I'll support him, but I think there are better long term options.

I wouldn't have a problem with this. Carter is either the 1st or 2nd ranked player in the draft. There's certainly a case to be made for this. Getting Carter would immediately help shore up the run game issues.

Honestly curious why you don’t like him.

I want Richardson but Stroud would be a great consolation prize. As long as its not Young.
