    Hopefully.

I mean, even the KPJ stans have to see it at this point.

This guy is just a terrible teammate.

As a sidenote, I like Tari, but it's not a player's role to push the coach back.

Not sure if we could just cut him or not but I want him off the team so bad I would attach a late first round pick with him just to ship him off the team.

    What are we even doing?

Except for about 7 KPJ stans on this forum, no fan even likes the guy or wants to see him play. He is a selfish, delusional, arrogant jerk who disrespects his teammates, coaches, staff, opponents, and is at best the player with the 5th highest potential on the team, even all the off-court stuff aside.

Why is this jerk still on our team?

A rotten apple spoils the barrel.

Rarely has this expression been more fitting.

Get this jerk off our team already!!!!

We don't need to attach a pick, can just take on a mid sized contract from a team avoiding LT.

I think it’s called tanking and KPJ is a sacrificial lamb

Man, if it weren’t for his cap figure next year, he might have been worth at least a good 2nd rounder, but now who knows; he might be a net negative asset. Everyone was praising all of the outs built into the contract extension, but I think teams would have rather traded for him on the low figure restricted contract as opposed to giving him a guaranteed pay day next season; even if it’s effectively just a 1-yr deal. hopefully I’m wrong, but I expect that he has no value around the league. He may get a chance with another team who wants to take a flier on the talent.

I think one of the biggest criticisms of Stone is that he built so much of the team around KPJ, and didn’t institute strong accountability to force him to be a team-first guy. He rewarded bad behavior with a contract extension (regardless of how it was structured). We gave him a big guaranteed pay raise when we didn’t have to. It’s just poor judgement. And it’s clear the KPJ point guard experiment was not good for arguably our most important prospect, Jalen Green.

so many errors of judgement by Stone on the KPJ gamble.

There is tanking, and there is poisoning the well.

Forcing all your other promising young players and your entire staff to be around a complete d******d who thinks of himself as a "head honcho" for over two years just creates a toxic culture.

Sil@ss loves players that disrespect him it seems. Once Sil@ss is gone we can look forward to someone ensuring KPJ plays within team concepts or KPJ can GTFO.

Agree with that. Tari was probably just trying to prevent an actual scene developing players keeping coaches back that aren't getting physical with a player looks not great

Tari should have turned towards KPJ. The fact that he held Hollins back instead of KPJ says something about how KPJ the cancer asserted himself in the organization.

    CUT THE CANCER OUT. Now.

I want Henderson over Wemby. We need a rim punishing point guard to open our shooters

I just want to see KPJ be given a fair chance but probably to late for that. Dude was playing decent beginning of the season but nobody can shoot.

I don’t see any talk of Eason having like 3 straight turnovers and then a frustration foul late in the game to close are lead. Nor do I see any talk of Sengun getting continuously lost on defense and letting their center go off on the 3ball

y’all just come for KPJs throat of any little thing and I think it’s funny compared to the rest of this horrendous roster

KPJ’s contract structure was clearly designed to be traded / perfectly set up to give other teams cap relief for a medium to large sized long term contract.

He’s very useful in a trade even if the other team plans to waive him immediately.

Targets who match in a 1 for 1 trade and could potentially be got for no added compensation:
    John Collins
    Clint Capela
    Jonathan Isaac
Duncan Robinson (they’d need to send us a pick)

We could get a guy like that on top of the $65M cap space we’ll use.

KPJ has his issues for sure. But I’ve seen others do that type of **** too. Sengun puts his hands out and complains to teammates every single game, he even gave up a wide open 3 bc he b****ed mid play after losing a rebound. My problem with KPJ is that reputation is too bad for him to do anything, like he needs to be on his best behavior 24/7. Idc who stays or who goes tbh. Jalen, Jabari, and tari are for sure here for the long haul

It's not a little thing when you constantly whine and quit when you don't get your way. Everyone sees the guy is toxic garbage. It's just tge truth. Not to mention he's about as unlikeable person and player you could find. Just get him off the Rockers so I never have to watch him play again.

I'm cool with Wemby or Scoot
