To me, if the Rockets land a top 3 pick and sign Harden, I'm pretty happy. Let's say their pick is 3 and they select Brandon Miller.

    Harden / Green / Miller / Smith / Sengun
    KPJ / Tate / KJM / Eason / Garuba

Not to mention that you also have Christopher, TyTY, and the Clipper's pick.

The other option is to swing for the fences and trade for another piece to pair with Harden, such as KAT or Siakam. It's too hard to gauge how I'd react to that because it would depend on what we gave up. Actually, Bridges would be a pretty perfect fit:

    Harden / Green / Bridges / Smith / Sengun

    Draymond??
How about sign Draymond and Brooks both?
but if we can't sign any big one, D.Brooks is one of our best option

The reality is the Rockets are the worst organisation in the league. Reality - real world.

What happens in fantasy land to not make them the worst organisation in the league is irrelevant.

Not a fan of nightly 5/17 games. Rodman never needed to throw up bricks to play defense.

Is there any indication the Nets are trading Bridges? They might be building around him. Also, trading Smith and signing Draymond is short sighted

I don’t care if Draymond pays the Rockets to come play here. I don’t want him on this team especially with the lack of shooting we have. He’ll be pointless.

The perfect off-season might be to just really do nothing major, and let these guys develop with a new solid coach. Trading for someone like Bridges would be great, but can’t rely on that. Take a deal if Brooklyn is open to it which I doubt they are. And there’s just no way we can compete with a team like OKC who could probably offer double the picks.

The harder road is usually the one with the best view at the end. The Rockets should be focusing on rebuilding their culture first with a new coach, and continue to amass and develop their talent.

Tilman sells the team in order to finance the purchase of an entire fleet of seized Putinist ultrayachts and spends the rest of his life trying to dismantle various European bridges to move them around.

The Rockets are purchased by the City of Houston which is paid for by a live PPV special in which illusionist David Copperfield makes the Astrodome disappear. Ongoing expenses coverd by setting up a front company built to solicit donations from Mattress Mac to fight imaginary election fraud which is just a large language model that he can call on his phone ans a mandatory 50% vip room tax at area gentleman's clubs coinciding with Harden' return via the whisper circles. Also LeBron signs here because he wants to win a title and we're the real winners.

With Brooklyn it would be about them getting control of their future back which is something OkC can’t offer them.

    Perfect Off-season:

    1. All new EXPERIENCED coaching staff
    2. Draft Wemby #1
    3. Draft Scoot with LAC pick (This is supposed to be the perfect Off-season right?)
    4. Cut Nix
    5. Celebrate.

Fire Silas, hire a good coach

it’s time to trade KPJ. If we are moving forward with Green, KPJ gotta go. If he ends up being negative value in a trade because someone will have to pay him $13 mil next year that’s another big strike against stone.

it’s time to trade KJ. He’s upped his value, now it’s time to cash in. Jabari and Tari are better prospects. There’s some good draft prospects and free agents at the 3 as well.

so that’s trading KPJ, and KJ. Nix, Hudgens, Days, Kaminsky, Boban are cut candidates. That frees up 7 spots.

Trade the Clippers pick. We don’t need any more developmental prospects; especially if we hold onto TyTy, Christopher and Garuba.

Sign Harden and sign Cam Johnson

    draft BPA

    sengun
    Jabari/Tari/Garuba
    Cam/Tate
    Green/Christopher
    Harden/TyTy
    Core player through trade
    BPA draftee
We hold onto the Brooklyn picks

The Nets aren't trading Bridges. Everything starts with getting a top two pick, moving on from KPJ and firing Silas

The more I watch Harrison Barnes the more I like the fit.Really underrated two way player with wining intangibles. Same with Cam Johnson. I would love to get Josh Hart as well. Really good two way player. Middleton looks washed.

    Harden
    Green
    Barnes or Cam Johnson
    Smith
    Wemby

    Seth Curry?
    Josh hart or Bruce Brown
    KJ
    Eason
    Sengun

I do not WANT Harden….hard pass.

Van Vleet- 4 years for 125 millions
Brooklyn picks, swaps, KPJ, Martin and the Clippers pick for Bridges
Draft Wemby(Wemby needs to play Power Forward, and he could get hurt every night under the basket)

I mean- I guess I just assumed everyone knew that was coming and there wasn’t even a point in talking about it, but yeah. Obviously.
