Sure, after demonstrating your stance that Jan 6 isn't too bad over the years, you are now moving the goalpost and bringing up a strawman argument. You are wrong, and you should be ashamed of yourself for sticking with TC after it has become widely known that TC and Fox lied to their viewers about a stolen election that helped contribute to the events of Jan 6.

I am not too righteous to admit that I am flawed in many ways. Jan 6th sucked. The other violent riots in DC and other cities sucked. I wish Jan 6th didn't happen. As far as being ashamed of myself, I am not there yet. Peace brother.

"We did not receive that video footage. We asked for it, and not just once or twice. Whether we asked for it or not is irrelevant because the government had an absolute, non-compromisible duty..."

Still waiting on your reasoning for not caring about democracy…guess it doesn’t fit your narrative.

If that story makes or breaks me caring about democracy, I will absolutely catch up. I did review the 2 year, 5 page thread on it after your first inquiry.

Innocent people plead guilty all the time, the system incentivzes it.

All the state need do is put them in pretrial incarceration for years, throw in some solitary confinement, threaten a much longer sentence if it gets to trial, add in some onerous legal fees and defense attorney who is buddy buddy with the state, and it's quite easy to get a guilty plea.

here's how they treated a guy with zero criminal history and who committed zero violence that day:

Please stop. This is just not fair. Democracy and the democratic process is alive and well with right-leaning GOP standard-bearers. They are more than happy to vote when, where and how their masters tell them.

This is very true. The Police-Prison industrial complex is massively corrupt and in need of a complete reform and overhaul.

So we can put you in the pro zero-bail column and count on you to vote accordingly? Mind you, some people slip through the cracks but that's the cost of democracy.

Reformation will also kill multiple billion dollar companies that leech off the system and finally completely outlaw slavery in our country by eliminating the almost-free prison workforce. You're cool with that, right?

so you think he is innocent?

do you think all the january 6th insurrectionists should have their charges dropped?

do you believe that biden legitimately won in 2020?

do you watch tucker carlson and believe what he tells you? you know he was lying to you all along and didnt even believe what he was telling you, right?

as for your string of tweets, im not sure what the point of them is and i cant find any news sources discussing his lawyer charging a million in fees. the lawyer sounds like a slimeball.

Can I call you a white supremacist for only caring about criminal justice reform when it comes to white fascists and ignoring the transgressions in our criminal justice system for over a century targeted towards communities not part of your tribal group?

i would say its partisanship more than white supremacy. but it was almost entirely white(trash) that stormed the capitol.

its still bizarre to me that anyone would try to defend or excuse what they did.

agreed, it was the same thing

cops aren't the issue in shaman's case (if anything they enabled him), it's his treatment by the justice system after
