Clippers pick is feeling like it will be in the mid to high teens. Clippers are definitely not playing on all cylinders, perhaps because the constant injuries have taken their mojo away.

Of course, if Clippers get gelling again, it could be in the low 20’s.

But with as close as team records are, with the Clippers, I could see the falling into the low teens.

But if I were betting, I’d say 17 pick is where it ends up.

Lively is starting to look like a defensive monster. But i would want him to backup Sengun. I don't want the team to spend on a free agent big. Let Lively develop as a backup initially. Wemby and Lively is my fantasy draft as well, but not at Sengun's expense.

To be honest, I think KPJ, Tate and Sengun ultimately get flipped for another star.

I wonder if Tate's contract + cap room not going to Harden (?) + those Brooklyn picks owed us (but not the swaps) might induce the Nets to trade us that dude.

depends on the direction the nets go but it's going to take assets like these picks for sure to get someone like Bridges and he's definitely worth it in the scenario the rockets land Wemby and Harden returns

You may be right. I look at possibly Sengun because he has problems against players with length.

Can I just say that this clippers side bet is fun. Given that there’s not much to root for or hope for when it comes to the current state of the rockets, I can get excited about potentially adding another lotto pick.

my thoughts exactly for the clippers pick.

womb's ability to play the 4 allows the possibility or pairing him with another huge rim protector and completely shutting down the paint. similar and potentially better than the Cavs model.

I think we'll see a "the case for trading up for lively" thread as we get closer to the draft.

I'll be honest. I'm paying attention to their games and not ours.

Double-whammy with that Clippers win. Triple-whammy if you count the Dallas loss. Quadruple-whammy if you count that Heat loss. Whammy of a night. :( At least Atlanta won.

Question is what he will do when teams adjust and start guarding him differently. Lots of players can get hot and get shut down when teams figure out how to slow them up and disrupt their game--see also: Linsanity.

So have the rest of the players not named Sengun, Tate and KPJ.

Still way better than in the 30’s, which is where Milwaukee’s pick sits.

in any trade with the Nets the Nets will package Mr Simmons, not Bill.
