That’s fair. I just don’t think Lamar is someone you can believe in, specially for that price.
Would much rather roll with Bryce

I don't think you can count the games he missed last year. I guarantee if they had signed him to a long term deal he woulda played. Especially in the playoffs. But he couldn't risk injury since they didn't sign him.

God forbid players who can die on the field don't get guaranteed contracts. Pat Mahomes should have demanded a guaranteed contract.

The Ravens aren't very good without Lamar.

Man every team should be lining up to sign and trade for him. Theoretically if we did it does it say what two picks we have to give? Can we give them in 2024 and 2025?

Apparently no we can’t. Word is it would have to be 2 and our 1 next year. That’s too rich for me.

Has that been confirmed? I looked for it but couldn’t find definitive confirmation

I would absolutely make the trade for him. 26, MVP, game changing talent. Expedites the rebuild and brings excitement

I think I read it. If we wait until 2 days before the draft. We can push it off to next year. So we could keep 2-12

I read it depends on when we make the offer. Cuz we can wait until 2 days before the draft and it becomes a next years.

Someone who is thinking about money first than winning is not someone I want as QB. Quitting on your teammates is a Watson thing to do. Missing playoff games is bullshit. Hell No.

**** No. And it would have to be #2 overall, not Cleveland’s pick.

The tradeoff is they might have been able to get far more/lower picks if they had more control of where he ended up.

what you deserve is irrelevant, it's what you can negotiate

And they don’t “deserve” any of it. The market in most sports needs to be reset

Sounds like they felt they couldn't. Also, the market seems to be dictating that they couldn't, most importantly.

Why would I want someone who quits on his team? He is all about the money.

How I love when people count others money. Wonder how anybody would feel about someone saying they aren't worth x amount of what is paid at their job, all the while the person is part of why the corporation is making billions.

I know I wouldn't want someone coming in and taking my money, by degrading my value.
