Oh man I remember those days when I didn't have a good antenna and that channel's quality sucked bad.
I had no idea this game was on I feel like the mavs are way more exciting with the addition of kyrie. It’s like a poor man’s cp3/harden
Darvin Ham went full Kevin McHale. We’re not digging ditches! @Os Trigonum I don't know. I guess I'm way too old. You're playing basketball for a living. Recharge your batteries? Every morning you should get up and get on your knees and thank God that you're playing basketball for a living. Someone is actually paying you, in some cases millions and millions, in other cases hundreds of thousands at the minimum to play basketball. If you have to recharge your battery to play basketball, I understand recharging my battery that I've done three double shifts, I'm laying cement, and I come home. I understand that. I don't understand that, recharge your battery for what? To be able to come out here and play basketball for a living? If we have to do that, you're in the wrong sport, you're doing the wrong thing. This is a high energy game that requires total commitment but it's a joy to play. It's fun. — Rockets legend Kevin McHale Ham: “I’ve been around this game for 26 years. Multiple championships. Multiple trips, as a player and a coach, to the postseason. We do basketball for a living. Someone shouldn’t have to tell you to be locked in. We get paid millions of dollars to do basketball for a living, which only takes, whether it’s a practice, a shootaround, a game, anywhere from an hour to sometimes 45 minutes to two and a half, three hours. A sport. We’re not digging ditches all day. We’re not doing construction risking our lives. We’re doing basketball for a living and we’re playing for one of the most recognizable, historic franchises on the face of the earth. The most. If that doesn’t motivate you to go out and try to be the best version of yourself, I don’t know what will.”
I wouldn't call Luka a poor man's anyone. He's up there with prime Harden and his ability to play well in the playoffs may swing the pendulum in favor of Luka. Kyrie and Chris Paul is a toss up. Kyrie is younger therefore he won't break down as easy but Paul is a way better floor general and isn't a team cancer.
It seems that coaches coach better when their "pet players" are out. Remove Tobias and PH and all of a sudden Doc looks credible Remove LeBron and the Lakers look far more competent. Maybe these coaches need to examine their habits. Rocket River
