I don't care how he's played since he left. He left! He never would change while he was here. It was heroball in slow motion.
Two western conference finals . 8 straight playoff appearances… 6 years of 50 plus wins seasons… had the most wins from 2014 to 2019 per season in that span of time out of any teams in the nba. Such poverty times
We had some good teams then. It always ended the same though, without taking it all the way to a Championship. Some of those years we saw Harden choke when it counted the most. Harden wasn't my favorite player to watch, even if he did take way more shots than anyone in the league. Sometimes I loved watching him, I loved the alley OOP throws he made to Clint. He was a great passer. Sometimes I just wanted to see him on the bench, especially when he was slowing the game down so much and shooting tons of bricks from behind the arc in his quest for 50 pts. He used to do that when others were red hot from behind the arc and it nauseated me. He also was lazy as hell at times on defense.
Well this is a Rockets forum, where Rockets fans are. Maybe Harden nut huggers should migrate to a Philly forum
Harden 38 points 10 boards 9!assists including 20 in the last quarter on the bucks home court. Bring him home stone
harden just kept making the right read everytime down the court in that 4th quarter, dude is a maestro
prime Harden used to put up this statline every other game…2019 James Harden or even BK Harden pre-hamstring next to Embiid would’ve been wild
durant forced harden to play that bucks series when his hamstring was destroyed. If harden was healthy that bucks series they would have won the chip easily
I'll never understand how people can watch JH play basketball and not see that he's basically CP3 and Ginobili morphed into one and on steroids.
Since the all star snub he is averaging 27 points 10 assists 7 boards on 40 plus percentage from the three point line and 94 percent from the free throw line. He can easily still be a 30 and 10 plus assists player as the fist option
Rivers is holding that Sixers team back. The slow pace with the pointless Embid post ups isn't it in today's game.
He’s a top 20 player. If he wants to be here you bring him on board. I don’t see any top 20 players beating down the door to join the rockets. (And personally I think all this Harden rockets talk is just a ploy for his upcoming free agency negations with Philly.) the best part about this (if it actually happens)… it would immediately make Jalen and Kpj better players. But in the long run the rockets can’t win with a backcourt of poor defensive players.
