This was the moment the decision was made to invade. It is beyond dispute (see video above) that NATO would like Ukraine to join -- which further provokes a conflict. Biden knew that his strategic alliance with Ukraine (Nov 2021) would lead to a conflict. He did it anyway... because of stupidity? Or another reason? We don't know for sure.
