When the SOF start attacking everyone else dont be surprised if people get tired of all the BS and take it out on Sengun.
All Fertita did was refuse to pay Ariza's overpriced contract. You act like the Rox would've won a ring if Alexander was still the owner.
Yeah players around the league are down on Jabari and Jalen because they are not good. If they play better next year I’m sure that sentiment will change. But they aren’t good right now. They might be the two worst starting players at their positions in the nba. Not piling on, just saying.
No, if you click on those, they were all before you made that post. You asked, I gave you some examples.
Nah. There are players who have negative impact on offense that start. Jabari is one of them. Green isn't. You know Green has the 3rd highest offensive rating on the team behind Sengun and KMJ and barely right? Jabari is definitely as bad as you think Green is. Mainly because he's inefficient while only scoring like 25% of his makes self created while Green is the inverse.
Rockets players ranked by Box Plus-Minus. You can ignore the first three ones due to sample size. Sengun has a positive impact on offense and a barely positive impact on defense. Jalen Green has a barely positive impact on offense and an extremely negative impact on defense. Jabari Smith has an extremely negative impact on offense and a negative impact on defense. Silas and Higgins would not believe it, of course.
All the starters are bad at defense even anoot worse than the bench but that has everything to do with the starting line up having to guaed opposing starting line ups that have the offensive superstar talent. What this shows me is what I expected. NBA offensive talent is far more important than NBA defensive talent. The Rockets bench plays against opposing benches therefore their defensive rating is going to be better. But there really isn't much of a difference between Sengun and Green on the defensive end. Both Green and Sengun have two of the highest defensive ratings out of rotation players.
I like the "everyone's bad" defense of a bottom 10 defensive player in the entire league. A 5 year old stealing a candybar is wrong, the holocaust was wrong....you know everybody is wrong. If only there was a name for a logical fallacy that involved a false equivalence. Oh well.
So multiplying the actual figure by over 4 times the amount isn't gross exaggeration? Do you even speak English?
Hi Dumbizzle. Nice to see they still haven't put you to sleep at the pound. From where you're squatting, it's obvious that I can't speak English; I can just read and write in your language. You innocent thing you. I adore how you so cutely try to attack me with your baby teeth: I say tomato, you say "gross exaggeration". You say "gross overexaggeration", I say redundancy in increasing amounts. If you disagree, perhaps you would be so kind as to educate me on different levels of exaggeration: plain old exaggeration, when is it over- and when is it gross? If I had said 36 instead of 87 would I have just exaggerated? 54 OK for you? When I obviously write an enormous number of shots (which never happened in the NBA to my knowledge) to emphasize a point I make, do you only see the "exaggeration"? Are you so gullible? I would have spoken slowly when addressing you, but that's impossible for now as I'm half way around the world. So it will unfortunately be your responsibility to read my posts very slowly, more than once, and with a dictionary nearby. Peace & luv DumDum, my special friend.
30. Houston Rockets 2022-23 record: 13-48 Previous ranking: 30 The Rockets have the worst record in the NBA for the third consecutive season, putting Houston in position to get another pick at or near the top of the lottery. Jalen Green and Jabari Smith Jr. -- drafted with the No. 2 pick in 2021 and No. 3 pick in 2022, respectively -- rank first and second among the Rockets in total minutes played. Houston is minus-350 when Green and Smith are on the floor together -- the second-worst plus-minus of any tandem in the league this season. -- MacMahon
+/- comparisons across teams is extremely stupid. Oh the player on the Rockets who gets the most minutes accumulates a lot of negative +/-? So did Durant. That statement is more a statement about volume and who has the most minutes on the worst team.
Apparently being 19 means you can have zero skill on the nba floor and it also means you’re gonna be an ALLSTAR for years to come. All because he’s 19. Amazing.
I don't much give any ****s what outsiders might think either ..... but I am starting to wonder if either one of them is part of the next roster that makes the playoffs. Hell, I sometimes wonder if Jalen gets extended or they let him test free agency. He becomes extension eligible after next season and you know he's going to want the max which is 25% of the cap at the time. At this moment, I don't believe he's worth that. Not a chance in hell I hand him 5 years $205m playing like he is. Honestly this might be a topic that IDIOT.
