    People don’t get how awful the players and coaches in college are, it’s pretty funny. You get this garbage constantly in nba and nfl. Texans would slaughter any college team, rockets would slaughter any college team. Pretty hilarious how clueless some people are about the massive gap between nba and ncaa. There’s tons of stars in college who can’t even make nba rosters

    Also basic capitalism suggests this. If Nix is such a scrub to the point where he would be a average to below average NCAA player, that means more than half the NCAA D1 rosters can earn millions of dollars right now as we speak.

    Now understanding basic human behavior why aren't you seeing a mass exodus of NCAA players right now trying to get NBA contracts?

    Nix was scouted by many people outside the Rockets organization of being a first round pick.

    That immediately would place him as a top 2 player on a elite D1 program.

    where's mcw? where's ennis? where's chriss? where's knight? where's bruno? where's chris clemons? where's chiozza? where's vince endwards? where's nunnaly? where's mason jones? where's Kurucs? where's patton? where's cam oliver?

    oh no where to be found because they're not in the league. Folks acting like there isn't a long list full of guys that get replaced every single year by college guys coming in or they just flat out don't belong in the league. You just happen to have to find morons like Tilman who are desperate to scrape the bottom of the barrell to save money or have no idea what winning basketball is

    And after this offseason, a number of guys on this current roster won't be in the league either

    If people are sincere in this thread, then I have a very clear picture of knowing who to immediately dismiss and ignore when they have a take on the sport.

    Ya they will be in the Gleague probably. Playing against borderline NBA players.... Aka the best players on a D1 team.

    The Cougars are better coached. They are 'older' than the Rockets. They play ELITE defense and shoot the ball better. Its really not out of the realm of possibility for them to win this imaginary game. Why do you think the Rockets would win this matchup easily and running away?
