Not sure. When I see 11.6 potential assists for KPJ and he's only converting 5.6 common sense would tell me that "league average shooting" would bump that number up by a few since this team is far removed from being league average in wide open shots created. Sengun is at 6.6 potential assists and he's converting 3.8 of them.

Jalen is a great offensive player as a scoring threat. He's not much in terms of a court general that sets the table for others, but thats not what we drafted him to be anyway. My understanding is that RAPTOR paints an overall picture for player performance and it severely handicaps Jalens contributions to the team. O/D rating has alot to do with lineups as well. If our guys would just hit their open shots and a league average of contested shots the whole thing would look exponentially better and we wouldnt have these player only factions running around. These kids WILL get better. Silas wont be involved and the sky is not falling. Everything is on time.

True, but what good are "opportunities" if the supporting players dont convert? Thats the issue. Whether its KPJ or Sengun that is setting the table the other guys have to do their part and they are falling short of that. Not only are we the worst shooting team in the NBA I'd bet we are the worst at finishing layups and point blank shots at the rim. Its not a Player X is to blame situation, this whole team has a role in being bad.

I just don't buy KPJ being a better floor general than Green. KPJ is our pg and Green has a better pnr ppp efficiency on MORE possessions per game. Usually the best pg on the team has the best pnr primary ball handler ppp efficiency.

Jalen generates 6.7 potential assists while playing virtually the same amount of minutes per game as KPJ. Why then does KPJ have nearly twice the amount of potential assists? We can jump into play concepts after we get past this very basic observation.

If you divide potential assists by time of possession with ball in the hand, it's Green at 1.4 potential assists/min and KPJ at 1.7 potential assists/min.

Not much of a difference between our starting pg with two more years of experience and our sophomore scoring guard who is a poor floor general.

Sengun unsurprisingly is the highest with 2 potential assists/min.

For reference an elite pg like Halliburton is at 2.7 potential assists/min

If you're trying to tell me that Jalen Green is a more competent point guard than KPJ I would disagree. That is not saying that I believe KPJ is some sort of answer at the position either. When a guy sets up that many assists and only gets credit for half of them its not a player problem. Jalen, KPJ, Sengun WHOEVER is trying to set and run the offense is being let down by the supporting cast.

it sounds like ‘I don’t wanna be here if Silas is here’ rather than broken confidence.

I feel where you coming from, but I have no prob trading convo because all are entitled to their free will opinion regardless of how silly or wise they may be

He is who he is, nothing more nor less, he make sure he plays both sides of the fence being 90% anti for the past top two lotto picks but saying they may possibly one day become rotation players(10%), acting as if they aren't in their 1st/2nd seasons but are seasoned vet journeyman

Don't know about Bigfoot being real as they promote it to be but its plenty of suppressed and public evidence that Giants existed(40-60 ton Basalt heads) and they were the ones who built those old megalithic pyramids etc

Bigfoot is really just a code word for troglodyte neanderthal/hairy wild man that was walled off from high civilization

Never liked Kelly Iko and now I don’t have to pretend.

on a completely different note, what does it mean that I wore my Tari t-shirt to the game? Tari had a double double but Dame had 71. Is the shirt unlucky?

Your Nix is LeBron. Only Nix can have 19 shots and nobody single him out.

Oh Silas give him credits for great playing.

Where do you get TOP with ball in hand ?

Look at tates for me please . I saw his potential assists were #4 on the team. His touches and time of possession seem low too
