By far the single best performance I’ve seen live in person. The Portland crowd was insanely electric. Thought it was going to be a big game for Sengun, dude knocked down 18/25 threes in warmups. Dame was on god mode.

 

Tyler Herro dropped 41 on the Rockets? I don’t even remember that one

the Rockets are the 29th ranked defense, so it’s no surprise dudes consistently go off on us

 

Booshie-goat(kid) nobody is defending Green from his struggles on that end, which is why Lillard going off for 70+ would be more in line with Green playing based on him being bottom 10 in the league but happened without him, and when they both played I don't recall Lillard even having a 50pt game because if so you would have filled that game thread with your anti Green lower-self diatribe / schism

You are the delusional one thinking you remove one bad defender and a team defense magically improves, or thinking Green needs to come back to keep the tank job on par

It's really not that hard to figure out why the offense has sunken to new lows since Green went out.

People don't realize how often teams hard focus him on defense but its more than just that.

No KPJ, No Ego, not a single person on the perimeter that can break down a defender. That's going to lead to some horrible offense.

Rockets back up guards aren't NBA standard Backup guards...guys like Nix and even Tyty are Gleague level most nights and they sure as hell not breaking down defenders.

When KPJ or Green comes back the offense will look better.

The defense at this point is hopeless.

None of this mindless rant has anything to do with what I was saying.....do try to keep up.

My point was that Jalen Green is one of the worst defensive players in the NBA, if Rockets were going to be benched for poor defense, he'd basically never play. It's BS that Sengun, the team's best player, gets benched for poor defense, but Green, one of the worst players on the team and the absolute worst defensive player on the team, never does.

 

I knew it. The man did not play the last 1.5 quarters of the game, played overall 24 minutes, outclassed Jabari who played 37 minutes, yet finds way to blame Sengun yet again. I should be surprised but I'm not, worst coach in NBA history just bout.

 

This is embarrassing to watch, the man hates Alpi.

My mindful rant is connected to everything you have posted yesterday and today, your posts are just rinse and repeat cliche for most part

You said Lillard would have had 80 had Green played, yet they have played and Lillard didn't drop 50 let alone 70pts

Sengun was never mentioned until now, so I don't agree with him getting benched as I already said in other past threads how the past two first round draft picks should be given all the minutes under this full blown rebuild

None of them should be benched

But I was speaking about your fantasy world theory about how Green needs to come back to keep the tank on schedule(which is false), that you mentioned in a thread on here plus what you mentioned earlier, so I guess the new backcourt players would be worse defenders if given the same volume consistent minutes as Green, imagine that
