People who whine and b**** over and over about certain members are just as bad as the members they whine about. If you do not like what someone post here and think it is somehow against the rules then report the post. If the post does not get deleted and the member who made the post does not get punished by the staff here then leave it alone. Just drop it. There is no need to make post after post after post after post after post whining and b****ing about something that was posted that the staff here did not see the need to do anything about. Yes I sometimes shake my head at some things that are posted by certain people. I have even reported a few post over the years. If nothing happens due to my report then I just drop it and let it go. I am thankful that @Clutch seems for the most part to support free speech. If you do not like the way he runs the site then go away and start your own forum where you can make the rules or stay and quit being such snowflakes.
Well the nature of being edgy increases engagement. So a poster like hakeem94 attracts a lot of attention. I'm sure both of us have him or her on ignore. Yet most of these threads are ruined by their posts even when hidden.
nope, when it’s the only poster you ignore you always know who people are nonsensically arguing with. I don’t miss a thing
I think people would behave much more appropriately on the internet if there were any kind of consequences for it. Having things moderated is fine, but there is definitely a benefit to social mockery. We all have to share this site together, so if your behavior is to lie, troll, argue disingenuously, etc., you deserved to be ridiculed until you realize that you are adversely contributing to the site, and should modify your behavior to avoid those social consequences. Ignoring people's bad behavior only enables them.
Interesting stat I just noticed: Sengun has the highest vorp of any 20 yo in the NBA. And the second highest of any 19 year old last season (Giddey was first last year, and is second among 20 year olds this year).
Just like you being a CEO unless you mean you are some diamond club member at Amway or something with a long downline. Maybe you have stupid family members. That's believable.
And elevating an argument about a 2nd year nba player on a historically bad team to a socio political debate about the 1st amendment isn’t contributing to the discourse?? How people have some an illusion of grand self importance is beyond me. Clutch developed an ignore feature. It doesn’t fringe on 1st amendment rights and if some weirdo here claimed victim then they deserve to move to Utah and take their whining to Jazz forums. The End (Also Sengun is really freaking good, the most fun player to watch on the Rockets but not a proven superstar you can build a title contender around… that’s pretty much the jist of it).
For one, not hating on Sengun. You are one of the biggest Sengun haters on CF. To then try to turn around and say you don’t, yeah no one is buying your BS.
I said that I don’t hate Sengun, as in it’s nothing personal and I think he’s a good player. I root for the guy… I just don’t believe in him as our 5.
People who don’t hate players do not have multiple posts with some variation of “**** Sengun” and root to just simply get rid of him. That’s personal dislike. It’s like how a racist goes “I’m not racist, but…” and then follow it up with something racial. Like I said, you ain’t fooling anyone.
