    Sengun is a Phenom, he is a player you look for and give up everything just to bring him here, he is as versatile and as flexible as it gets, hes easy to build around(!) and almost an ideal player to build around...so much better than wembanyama

    hes uber efficient and talented, high bb iq, willing passer with hof vision and precision, big with handles and perimeter game, super young but proven BOTH HERE AND IN EUROPE, young but mature! hes hustling and giving effort even in losses...100% healthy and not injury prone...

    THERE'S NO BETTER PLAYER TO BUILD AROUND IN NBA RIGHT NOW

    the only concern is he is laterally challenged on defense and this is so blown out of proportion because hes shown us countless times this is not true by being able to stay with fast guards in space, on perimeter and in transition and block them at the rim

    even if true, if you cant take an euro MVP, who is a walking highlight reel, an offensive system unto himself, and an embodiment of mature and brainy basketball play, and motivate him to go to gym and work on this alleged weakness and overcome it then you shouldn't be calling yourself a basketball club!

    HOW MIGHTY HAVE FALLEN!

    people get into car accidents or fall from tall buildings and break their spines and recuperate to walk again and you telling me you cant work with one of the best young players to make him move his feet a little faster on defense...BWHAHAHHHAHAHAHAH!

    ONLY MORONS COULD BELIEVE SOMETHING LIKE THIS AND ONLY MORONS CAN BUY THIS ARGUMENT

    It’s ridiculous and will never happen. The only teams that might consider it are teams that will be near the end of the 1st round for at least 3 of those years. The only reason the Rockets should get more draft picks is to trade said picks. We need vet players after this draft. If you are trading Sengun it has to be in a package to get a great player in their prime. Don’t even know who that would be that would be even remotely available. If we get Wemby I could see a trade straight up for Lamelo or the like.

    You cant really afford to trade the one prospect that really knows how to play basketball. Green and Jabari are still huge question marks.

    green and jabari can also play, they are just so young.. with the new coach and /or rockets not tanking they will make you change your mind about them..cant really blame them when management dont want them to win

    Wembeyaba will be lije zion most of the time injury and henderson will be lije kpj chucker with tunnel vision Rockets are doomed while hopefully sengun get traded and be the next jokic with 2 mvp titles, 15 all star nomination and 3 times nba championships thats what senguns career will be in the end

    I don't think Sengun and Wembanyama are compatible. Neither has the footspeed or footwork of a forward. If it came down to landing #1 and Sengun being unhappy, I'd be quite content to trade him and pick up another good player at guard or small forward.

    I love watching Sengun operate on offense but he is a deeply flawed player in 2023. He relentlessly commits silly fouls and doesn't shoot well from 3. He's so skilled with the ball, back to the basket but this isn't the 1990s. It just isn't. I'm not going to enter the NBA arms race with "our best player" being at a 3 decade disadvantage. Not when the alternative may be the literal epitome of modern basketball.

    I'm not a Sengun hater but if some team starts talking about trading a borderline allstar for him I'd deal him faster than Turkey can say "senden asla vazgeçmeyeceğim, seni asla hayal kırıklığına uğratmayacağım, asla etrafta koşup seni terk etmeyeceğim"
