"The everyone should think and act like me generation lol" - aka the leaded gasoline generation. Hence their emotional maturity being stunted removing basic empathy skills.

I think we can safely conclude that JG showing up in a figure skater's outfit on Draft Day was a harbinger for things to come.
Looks like a vajiin, dresses like a vajiin ---> plays like a vajiin... :D

    Well, sort of.

I still hope there is some toughness hidden there, and in fact it has been shown from time to time. There is marked improvement in absorbing contact going to the basket, and markedly improved FT numbers. Also several occasion of dogged one-on-one defense, when he cares.

What still drives me insane is the total lack of even any intent to fight through screens, to box out, etc...

In general the hunch I had from Draft Day and first interviews that this guy was a sissy was correct.
But he's very young and let's hope he'd continue to get tougher.

NBA is not figure skating, sorry if that offends some people.

    Trade Jalen Green for DMO
    Trade Jabari for Dan Langhi
Trade out of the lottery for Von Wafer

    Profit.

In your life what profession was the most physically demanding? What profession can you say got your T levels up by nature of the work being physically demanding?

    Haha, I like your approach.
between the T-levels and all the factors that affect them, the leaded gasoline, the radiation background before the ban on surface nuclear tests: a lot of generational differences can be explained by physical and chemical factors. I like that.
Many loudmouths would opine about the moral making of this or that generation. No, dude. It's all biochemistry...

EDIT: (forgot your Q) Why do you think a certain profession would raise T-level and not vice versa? I.e. that people with certain T-levels would gravitate to certain professions? That's up to debate according to some...

You are so slow you don't get that me mentioning t levels was sarcasm.

I'm making fun of your fake machismo and your ability to judge success based on your perceptions of masculinity.

Leaded gasoline definitely has turned a lot of gen x and boomer brains into mush in the realm of social intellegence.

As long as it isn't frying my brain and making me as emotionally immature as you, then don't really care for my sperm count.

The lack of emotional maturity and acceptance of different lifestyles still slow for hard work ethic is the issue here, not sperm count. Leaded gasoline stunts emotional maturity.

My theory is that since men don’t want to reproduce at the same levels they did 40 years ago their bodies are adjusting. Kinda kooky but the lower birth rates are mostly by choice.

Low Testosterone does fry your brain long term, cloudy brain, low sex drive, apathy, and lethargy can all be attributed to men lacking the hormone that completes them.

As for funny generational differences, the Boomers to the Zoomers are all effectively the same generation in mindset, it’s just that only the boomers got to rest on the laurels of the greatest and silent generations.

    it's not kooky at all!
Hormone production DOES respond to social ques, that has been shown.
The hypocrisy of liberal academia is that they do acknowledge this to justify "gender as a choice", but reject it as an explanation for general feminization.

Just to be clear: I am not sure that feminization is bad, in general. I am just sure that it is a fact. And also I also think that it is bad for fighting over screens and boxing out in the game of basketball. :D

There’s a lot of stuff to criticize Jalen for but in my opinion his style is his style—it’s got nothing to do with toughness or how he balls. Kids these days dress how they want and that’s just the evolution of fashion.

You wouldn’t call Japanese dudes wearing yukatas feminine or Scottish dudes wearing kilts girly, right? It’s just a different style, that’s all. Plus, if I’m remembering right, men in ancient Chinese courts used to wear nail polish to signify rank, so it used to be a traditionally masculine thing somewhere, too. Also didn’t Wade/Cuttino Mobley wear nail polish too?

But yes I too would like to see Jalen fight a lot harder on the defensive end.

Plus if you have too many kids and you want every one of them to go to college, it'll cost.
