Any post calling Pippen or Rodman a top tier role player really doesn't warrant a real response.

This is Paul’s last chance for a swan song finish with a ring . Offensively this team has the chance to be lethal from the three, midrange and post.

Booker the three ball, Durant and Paul midrange and Ayton in the low block . Depth and defense is the only hindrance to this potential offensive behemoth

Defense and bench are going to be large hindrances against other contenders. It's going to be fascinating to watch.

Yep. The basketball gods threw Chris one final bone.

This team will be absurd offensively once everything starts clicking. They should be the favorites.

There's no strawman you are saying MJ somehow had a part to play in building the Bulls as opposed to KD and Lebron who we all know had a part to play in the creation of their super teams. What does "work with his organization" even mean? It's so vague and you know it cuz you don't know what MJ did. What I'm saying is MJ's history has shown he is a bad GM so its doubtful to me that he had a part in the Bulls formation cuz he is so bad at it.

Krause and his FO team is the one who built the bulls MJ never had a part in choosing his teammates so why are you automatically crediting MJ for that? Even saying "staying with your team to help build a super team" lol how did MJ help build his super team? Just telling his GM he needs help ain't helping wtf. Lebron did that in Cleveland for 7 yrs nothing happened he got washed up Shaq.

Durant is a piece of shi*. And a snake.

He ruined the NBA when he joined the 73-9 Warriors and now he ruined the NBA by joining the Suns with Booker, Ayton, CP3.

    Fuc* you durant.

I'm not "crediting" MJ with building the team. I'm "crediting" MJ for not leaving his team to join with an already super star stacked team...I'm not sure how you've taken anything else out of what I've said. I think it's due to your sensitivity and bias on the subject of MJ's legacy.

What I'm "crediting" MJ with is nothing novel. So I'm not why you're so defiant in admitting that he "worked" with his organization to build a better team. Harden did it. Kobe did it. Literally anyone who is a franchise player does it. You somehow think MJ stayed mum and was just ignored? okay...

It's also funny that you are so confident "MJ never had a part in choosing his teammates" yet say " dont know what MJ did..."

Specifically on the issue of KD, the problem is that he JOINED A 73 WIN TEAM... literally nothing else needs to be said. A guy in his prime. An MVP caliber player. Joined a 73 win team...you don't even have to mention that team had just knocked him out of playoffs. That's all you need to hear to nod your head and go "yaaaa, that was a b**** move, KD." but alas.

You have your opinions. I have mine.

he didnt ruin anything...i have enjoyed rivalry with warriors and they won just one legit ring with durant, the other one they've got with durant, the refs had to intervene to help them win against harden and the bunch or role players...

so it was still possible to compete and if the league didnt consist of a bunch of cowardly tanking p*****s, and fans like you, that easily get intimidated and impressed by big star names, even more teams could have competed with gsw like the rockets and cavs did...

but no these soft cowards idolize durant and gsw stars( or any group of stars for that matter), so majority of them didnt even try to compete...lolololol

fear beats the more people than enemies bullets is a true saying!

I bet the rockets would have won too if Harden had been picked 20th or lower instead of in the top 3!

Your schtick has so many holes. It’s like your brain is a hula hoop factory.

That's a great answer. Say what y'all want, but he's grown up a lot, just to be able to field that question, in that venue, that thoughtfully.

Definitely more mature than in the past. Reporter should be glad he asked that question in person instead of on twitter, he might have gotten a different response or multiple accounts answer that question.

Point Guard Defense and Center Defense on Switches is their Weakness. Suns are weak defensively at Point Guard and Center.

Too Slow at Point Guard and Center. Playoff Teams are going to expose them. Shouldve traded DeAndre Ayton instead of the 2 Small Forwards. Shouldve went small and trade for a different Center.

He and Irving also stated that player empowerment is great for the league and everyone should be able to demand trades because it brings attention to the league and eyeballs equal profits. If it worked like that, small market teams would probably not exist.
These folks sugarcoating lack of any accountability and hoping that being a villain is going to be fine for duration of their careers. But giving malcontents like them a long term contract seems like a suspect decision at least in this stage of their careers. It's going to bite them in the ass. They are definitely not getting the Kobe retirement tour treatment

Why are you crediting him for something he wasn’t allowed to do? You do realize it was restricted free agency then, so he couldn’t leave as long as the team wanted him. You do realize Jordan is the one that fought for unrestricted free agency?

I guess an eastern team will win it this year. it's gonna be a dog fight in the western playoffs. whoever comes out of west is probably not gonna appear in the finals fully healthy, through tough matchups from first round.

He wasn’t allowed to demand a trade? There’s more than one way to force yourself off a team…
