Yeah, it's on DoT's watch and the EPA seems to be heavily pressured to give a thumbs up on the chemical stew unleashed into the water supply. It's definitely a vice around the admin after they boosted the union deal, even if they didn't start the mess. Ofc, what they say (or not say) now is relatively inconsequential to how they're doing in the short to mid terms.
The "little" guy just won in a blowout reelection campaign. It's always funny how you right wingers always rush to blame biden when the local officials always say how great biden has been and how open he is. Same thing in Mississippi. Same thing in Florida. Not everyone is a treasonous snake like trump.
Biden is so great. He said during the SOTU he wouldn't forget the little guys after this disaster occurred but hasn't mentioned it. These people are the little guys.
You do realize that NTSB is doing an investigation and there's literally nothing anyone can do that's over. The DOT has said they'll hold everyone responsible criminally.

I've said this numerous times but Pete buttigieg represents what's wrong with the democratic party still. Had no business being secretary and he's the weakest link of the administration. He's utterly failed at his job and hates getting his feet dirty by regulating big business. Having said that, this isn't his fault. The difference between me and you is I'm not a political hack like you. I don't run around and spin baseless conspiracies. I'll happily call out bs on my side.
Do you want more or less federal safety regulations? Do you want the federal government taking power from states?
I worked the first half of my career within the battery limits of many petrochemical facilities. I have seen federal safety regulations become more stringent, improve and save many lives. I am 100% for safe working environments. Even now as a consultant, federal regulations dictate everything we do.
This is really misleading, but it is crazy that there are still some tracks like this that are occasionally used -- it's like taking a pot hole filled dirt road short cut in a Camry.
Then it's weird you're complaining about Biden and Pete not saying enough words after the fact, whereas you don't at all complain about the people that limit the regulations that actually might help before the fact.
