Tate is great. You full of hate Siding with roosh, as things go swoosh ... right over your head homie Alp had a bad game or 2 . Tate isn't jacking up 20 shots a game . He moves the ball quickly . Sometimes he makes bad passes . Still our best player . Sengun is happy to play with tate and have Tate be his PG because Tate will set him up. We have bigger ball IQ problems with green , kmj , and Jabari.
Very true, Green is certainly better for the offense than Tate....now do defense. Now do overall. That's not a thing you really want to cite as the chief Jalen Green apologist, it's something you kind of need to outright ignore.
Green is the least of our problems on offense. He's the third highest offensive rated player who is in the rotation barely behind KMJ.
I'll talk stats with you after the season if you want . But I'm not sure ANY Stat can accurately reflect how shitty we are and how good/ bad any of our players are . Tate has been in and out with injury this year anyways . I'm a huge fan of his , but I can admit he hasn't had the best season. Still, in the games he's played he's done more to positively impact the game on both sides than any other player on our team ( save sengun on offense at times ) For all of the youth and inexperienced defenses KPJ and green get while learning to play guard .. can't Tate get some of that cushion ? He's older but he's played 3 different positions in 3 different years for us . Kpj has had 3 years to learn the point . I wanna see Tate get a couple of months before everyone says it's impossible. I like talking with you man because at least you use your words and don't just post tweets
I'm sorry but the numbers just speak otherwise. There is a massive difference in offensive rating between Green and Tate.
In October tate had a 118 offensive rating and green had a 97 In January tate had a 104 offensive rating and green had a 105 In Feb (6 games.green , 7 games tate ) tate has a 96 and green has a 109 This is your massive and clear difference
So what are their season averages? How many games did Tate play in January? You can't ignore a difference between 110 and 104. That's the average for the season. The way you framed it is disingenuous.
Im not debating about head hanchos. No one on this team is. We have a couple of guys who have the ability of they develop right who can be franchise players(plural). If someone is going to say Tate is more beneficial to this offense than Green, show me besides your perception.
