What? That is what you are reading, but it's not what I said. Btw, I love when this kids pull all their catchphrases at the same time to debate with themselves.

Aroundtheworld Point: No one criticize Jalen as hard as they criticize Sengun
Fryjol counterpoint: Please be more precise, we have plenty of critics here for both Jabari and Jalen. One of those debates is handles. (I can expand here here so you dont get offended on behalf of your chosen player. Maybe Sengun could do more with OTHER playmakers, we don't know as Jalen is still growing as a playmaker. He has been behind head honcho and just recently is getting reps in the role. Im not a big head honcho guy.)

What I get from your posts: Jalen is not bad at handles because he is better than KPJ
My Counterpoint to you: No one is comparing Jalen to KPJ and we should not. Why would I compare Jalen to another guy who does not excel at this as you have proved? That's not the way benchmarks work dude.

Agree, Sabonis is quite good comparison and I share your standards. I believe he can be as good as a shooter, I see size as his biggest barrier to the superstar production.

he will be better than jokic just because of his size... he s more mobile, agile can play like a guard...think outside the box

It's totally obvious that Silas made a conscious effort to NOT run things through Alpi.

Alpi playing so well made Silas look even more stupid than he already is, so his fragile ego made him take the ball mostly out of Alpi's hands.

Jalen guarding absolutely no one on that play.

But yeah, people will get dunks against us. Even Hakeem got dunked on, by guards.

Giddey? Do you actually understand this sport? What does a basketball look like?

Green does not exist to be the paint enforcer lol. At best what he could do in that situation is just swipe at Williams resulting in a foul and possibly an and 1.

Green is already a better player than Kevin Porter and it really isn't close.

Green will also continue to improve and likely will make at least one giant leap from a talented but flawed player, to one that helps his team consistently win basketball games. He has been up and down this year in a lot of ways, but he is at his core still a hard worker and his game is improving.

Green's handle has improved over when it came to the NBA, but if he wants to be an elite scorer in the league, his handle has to get better and his jumper has to be come more consistent - but I expect that to happen.

At least Sengun tried, I can't say that for 80% of the roster.

I would say KPJ as of now is less mistake prone and is a more consistent shooter while being a more consistent defender which is all probably attributed to having 2 more seasons under his belt. But yes Green's headroom is much larger and hasn't shown red flags in terms of off the court personality issues.

I really hope this wasn't the last game for Green this season. But groin strains longer and this late into the season, I'm expecting the worst and that he's probably done for the season.

While I agree on the more consistent shooting and less mistake prone, the Rockets IMO are better when he isn't on the floor because he makes so many small mistakes and demands so much of the offense that it is a net negative.

I mean, he's nowhere near the net negative that Jalen Green or Jabari Smith are though. He definitely needs to work on his game because as of now he's either a slight net negative to net zero....but that still makes him the second best player on the entire team. I think if we get to see a bit of KPJ playing without Jalen, it'll be night and day better.

edit- I just saw that you actually think Jalen Green is ahead of KPJ right now....and that's just an indefensible statement. Jalen isn't better on either side of the ball and he's the worst defensive player in the league. I'm not sure how you came to that statement, but I'd kind of like to hear your justification.....and just saying "KPJ makes mistakes" won't even come close to being a legitimate justification.
