This is sooooooo awesome. You know back 20 years ago Seinfeld quotes were the thing here so that makes it that much more perfect. It was a decent burger which makes me wonder why McDonald's markets non complete burgers with all the trimmings Edit: without all the trimmings
That is AMAZING. I don't remember this commercial. They should bring this back. And a remake of this commercial (with Alexander again) during the Superbowl would have been a perfect rollout plan.
Not McD, but I'm still sorry for some of yall https://thetakeout.com/kfc-menu-removes-popcorn-chicken-wings-lemonade-cookie-1850118016
McDonald's are terrible. There are so many better fast food options in Texas. I'm in Chicago and they have some good options, but when it comes to just a burger place - they suck. I swear like 70% of all fast food places up here are McDonalds... it is terrible.
Which one are you talking about? If you mean the one with tomatoes, cucumbers, relish, sport peppers and mustard? That dog is amazingly good. Hot dogs and sausage are two things that Chicago does well.... pizza as well.... they will tell you they do "real Mexican food well", but they don't.... they basically put out a shittier version of Tex Mex and claim it is Mexican food.... their Italian food is over-rated as well...... Steaks are not bad.... ribs are okay and if you like Polish food they have you covered. Want a good hamburger for less than $20? Forget about it.
Yes their burgers aren't good but the McChicken is good for the price. I'm all about the breakfast for the prices and taste. Breakfast has become a big deal in fast food and I believe McDonald's has really tried to establish themselves as the best breakfast option. You notice they came off their no breakfast after 10:30 with a few items. Speaking of breakfast, they knocked it out the park with the McGriddle. Its funny as a consumer sometimes you don't fully understand what a business is trying to specialize and separate themselves from competition with. McDonald's is all about every McDonald's being the same and sometimes you just default to McDonald's especially when away from home
McDonald's should open small retro restaurants with a limited menu that just serve burgers and fries using higher quality ingredients -- their current menus are so filled with garbage reminds me of Sonic.
I had to fly into Romeoville a few weeks ago and my boss took me to Portello`s, he raved about it so I tried the "wet" beef sandwich and it was ok.....the hot dog was awesome, the little hot peppers on it were awesome
On a poppy seed bun? It's embarrassingly bad. Sorry. It's Cincinnati "chili" level bad. There's a million great things to eat in Chicago, but that ain't it.
We will just have to agree to disagree. I think it’s really good, and wouldn’t want it another way after having it Chicago style. As for food in Chicago, yeah overall the food is pretty good. I still prefer food in Houston, but Chicago has some food (mostly European) that is not common in Texas, and strong Ethiopian and Korean choices.
+1 to WTF happened to fast food prices. I can understand going up a $1 or $2 but McDs literally doubled the prices of all their meals. If I’m going to spend $10-$12 on lunch it’s going to be at a sit down restaurant. As someone else said if fast food isn’t cheap the F is the point?
