Official Send Jabari to G-League thread.

Folks think the Gleague is equivalent to the Euroleague or something. They know damn well being in the Gleague won't do **** for Jalen or Bari.. Just trolling just to be trolling..

 

Why? It’s a lost season. The Rockets aren’t playing for anything. It’s best he gets reps with real nba players against nba level defenses.

his usage is lower in nba in g league he could get more usage and can practice the handles..silas wont allow him to practice handles in real nba games

bari and jalen are not more talented than all other picks and even undrafted people

Its just the opportunity, spotlight and playing time that makes the stars

IF THIS IS NOT SO Jabari only fans wouldnt be rooting for Jabari not to go down to g league and wouldnt want him to keep chucking and playing longest minutes on Rockets.

Jabari was too good for the G- League from the start. Ideally he would have started off the bench 15-20 mpg to ease his way in but top 5 picks apparently get automatic starting spots on bad teams.

I’m very optimistic on Jabari, his form looks good his shots just seem to be a little flat and tend to hit the back rim. He will get that corrected and he’s starting to cut and play better off the ball. In a legit system he could easily thrive next season.

 

Well, Jabari gets frozen out because coach admits he doesn't call plays for him or looks to get him the ball at all. No wonder his confidence is shot, the coach doesn't think his shot is good enough to have plays called for him to score and no wonder he takes bad shots because he has no idea when he might be able to shoot again.

 

Just one or two times a game Rockets should be running a Jabari mid post iso at the nail -- that's the space where he can operate with a spaced out floor and yet...
