    PHILADELPHIA — Justin Holiday’s Rockets tenure will end after one game spent watching from the bench, one practice and one shootaround Monday.

    Holiday reversed course days after he said how happy he was to join the Rockets to get the chance at playing time he was not getting in Atlanta and to mentor young teammates, and instead accepted a buyout offer to leave the Rockets, Holiday’s agent, Bernie Lee said. (cont)

    Too bad, TyTy simply isn't very good and im willing to sacrifice a few of his minutes to actually win more than 1 game in calendar year 2023.

    I know everyone is going to Process me to death but i don't think it's an unreasonable expectation to want to win more than 1 game in nearly 2 months.

    I've said this before but it is worth repeating ....


    Every single player in this league would take a spot on a contender over being a mentor to the kids.

    No one would pick babysitting a bunch of NBA babies over the chance to compete - Not a single one.

    And if there was one, I wouldn't want that guy around my NBA kids.

    but there are only so many spots on so many rosters...

    hey, if the guy catches on with a contender - great...

    if he picks some other rebuilding team to latch on with - that will be telling...

    if he just cools his jets and waits for the the off season - that could be logical...

    we'll see...

    got make something interesting to watch this season... lol

    Update: Justin Holiday played 26 minutes tonight in a game the Mavericks intentionally lost to avoid the play in and finish 10th worst
