the play where green was called for an offensive foul for the leg kickout, he had already released the ball before making contact with maxey.. so why didn’t that shot count?

 

Paolo has had some good games and started off the year well, but his scoring and playmaking is pretty much on par with current Jalen Green…yet everyone is on his nuts

Hell, are Paolo’s numbers that much better than Green as a rookie?

and Paolo is playing next to several lotto picks…Orlando is putting out more talent on the court than we are

 

I don’t even know why that was called…that’s a normal motion for a drifting fading jumpshot

I'm honestly not even judging any of our players (except Nix) until we get rid of this joke of a coaching staff

 

Rockets missing KJP big time.

 

It's not the owner, his goober offspring or their meddling GM.

It's not the players and the foibles of youth.

It's the coach. It's Stephen Silas. What the hell is this team doing on off days, Call of Duty??? They haven't improved after 2.5 years of not trying and he's all out of ideas. He can't even figure out a starting 5 let alone a rotation that makes sense. The structureless, rec league offense doesn't do it. The absolute lack of communication on defense doesn't do it. Good shooters come here and can't hit a bucket. This isn't some juggernaut offense with laughable rim protection. This isn't some staunch, impenetrable wall that just can't score.

They don't box out. They don't have crisp passes. They don't communicate. They don't set solid picks. They ball watch and lose their man every other play. They don't get back in transition. They don't move without the ball and aside from Tate, Eason and Garuba most of the team doesn't hustle period. They don't set up good shots or take them. They don't play for each other. They didn't learn **** from the veterans.



Get Silas gone and let Lucas play drill sergeant for the remainder before hiring someone who can actually organize a basketball team.

It’s his normal motion - ref just a idiot.. he shot 2 more the exact same way and always when he fading mid range baseline

 

Well tonight I forgive them. He did get 17 fta. None that I would consider bad calls either. Sixers announcers weren't complaining about the calls. Just saying Green gets to the rim easily.

Ya kinda. There is like no self creation and playmaking depth on this team outside really just two guys in the starting line up, arguably 3 with Tate who can go get his occasionally.

Because he doesn't want to. Reverted back to his old ways.

 

No out of town at a conference last week, then came back and celebrated valentines on the weekend because we both going to be Uber busy at work Tuesday. Gonna be crazy busy this week playing catch-up for being out of town. Bobby the brain hennan never worked me this hard!

 

Jabari's good shooting did not last long. 3/14 is absolutely diabolical. What kind of shots was he taking and missing?

 

29 points... and yet a still incredibly underwhelming game.

Horrible shot selection - so much so the opposing commentators mentioned it numerous times.

Doesn't pass the ball to teammates when he should because he's trying to get another horrible shot up.

I can't imagine the numbers other players would put up if they were given 20 shots.

Officially two turnovers, yet there were at least 4 other times he turned it over but by pure luck the 76ers couldn't grab it and the Rockets got it back.

Game after game I fail to see how he's meant to turn into a superstar.

21 or not, top draft picks rarely have this many facets of the game they're subpar in.

Still with others though - praying on my knees before bed every night a new coach somehow will change his entire game.

 

We don't have creation because this team refuses to believe in the importance of a point guard. It's insanity at this point. Sengun can only do so much of it by himself.

 

I mean it's his job to create an offensive system that gets his players shots.
