I am glad to see Gordon go to the Clips to get his shot at a ring. I am also glad to see him off the team and out of the way so we can see which of our young players can win the SF job. KJM and Tari can battle it out now. I think our team will be a little bit better with Gordon out of the lineup because he was not interested in putting forth much effort at this point. Let's get some young, hungry guys in there and see what they can do.

Finish out the year with hopefully a top 2 pick, Wemby or Scoot. If its Wemby, go find a good PG to run the show and move KPJ to 6th man. If its Scoot, go find a good PF and move KPJ to 6th man.

I did not like the bottom last year. There are some guys doing somethings, but overall, last year's bottom isn't looking great, IMO.

I hope the Rockets don't keep the pick unless someone like Black or Wallace is there. I'm looking for trading for future FRPs or for a player.

I agree. A pick swap with that first is one of the best case scenarios for EG at this point. Better asset down the line.

Now that John Wall is back, is there a chance we'll see Mia Khalifa at a Rockets game? Sorry brehs, not giving away any more tickets this season.

The more I think about this trade, the more I’m underwhelmed. There is potential for this pick swap to not convey. It would take an injury to Kwahi or George for that pick swap to be worth anything. I mean….this is the kind of mediocrity I’ve come to expect from Stone. This wreaks of that bad Dipo/Miami trade. It’s a little better than that but it’s really not something to be excited about. Stone continues to show that he’s not up to the task of asset accumulation.

I'm happy Wall will get a chance to play on the Rockets with James Harden.

That Clippers pick looking good. I already felt like their window closed. They didn’t address their needs. Gordon doesn’t move the needle for them when they already have powell

I would be interested in GG Jackson, Baba Miller and possibly Juan Nunez in that area.

Stone is an idiot. This franchise will never even begin to turnaround with him and Silas. Gotta fire those two bozos and KPJ. Clown show

    I'm with ya. #3 + #19 + KJM for #2. I think CHA definitely takes that deal.

Why would it not convey? The Clippers aren't gonna finish ahead of the Bucks recordwise.

Why would it take an injury to Kawhi or pg? As of today literally if nothing changes we move up 10 spots.

I needed to make TWO bags of popcorn for this thread! Some of you weren't going to be happy no matter what Stone did and were just chomping at the bit to keep shtting on the team. LMAO.

Essentially he has just hedged his bet.

The asset will 100% convey. It will either be the Clippers pick or the Bucks pick. The Bucks are at 28 (and just added Crowder); the Clippers are at 18 (and added Plumlee, Gordon and Hyland).
Both teams will most likely improve, but how much?
I can see the Clippers improving to 4th in the West (from 6, so up 2 spots), and passing Brooklyn on the overall standings, perhaps also one of Miami or New York. So 22nd pick overall?

Easier to root for the Clippers to lose than to hope the Bucks implode... they are charging towards #1 overall seed. Clippers are just an injury away from a late teens pick (2 injuries, a shock play-in loss and a lotto pick?!?)
