he is a terrible player now who ultimately hurts a team more than he helps…his terrible shooting, constant bad decisions, turnovers, and atrocious defense negate all the rebounds and assists he still manages to get at this point in his career
Russ has taken the torch from Melo a former star who sucks and doesn’t help teams win, but players act like they still got it and are being disrespected and unfairly attacked eventually teams just wisen up and they’re out of the league
Well this is his last chance. I really believed that if anyone could get him to play smarter it would be Lebron. Hard to believe the Clips will get that out of him, he's going to go there and see himself as the third guy instead of falling into a role of being an energy guy. Also, Russ's defense has always been extremely overrated. I mean he tries, Russ always tries but his positioning is rarely any good and he gets blown by too often, even in his prime.
We totally reworked our team in the name of propping Westbrook. His numbers looked better(not the advanced numbers) but it was to the detriment of our team. Westbrook was done being a positive contributor in his last couple years in OKC.
