    Definitely worth exploring

But also the package of all those picks could net you something pretty big. There's always disgruntled stars...

We are in the driver's seat with those picks
Their own pick next year and the year after is better than any picks they're going to get.

Nice! Either would fit nicely and really solidify our wing rotation.

Just give their picks back, they can happily tank, we will get some good players and try to compete since OKC own our picks

    I was thinking this.
Hell, we neeeeeeeeed dudes who can play defense. No one on our current roster outside of maybe Tate and sometimes EG can even spell the word.

Would give options on whittling down the wing-heavy rotation (after either is acquired).

Well, two hours and 20 minutes until reality sets in.

Cam Johnson and Mikal Bridges are underrated players and played a big part in Phoenix's success over the last few years.

Bother are plus defenders that are willing to do whatever is needed to win.

A true contender would probably give up to 3 first rounders for Bridges because he is under contract long term.

Cameron Johnson is going to be a free agent and would likely be able to get near max money. He is probably worth maybe a couple of future first rounders.

The Nets did really well in the Durant deal. They have 4 unprotected first rounders from the Suns.... they can maybe get a late #1 for Jae Crowder if they take back a little salary, and then they can trade Johnson and Bridges for another 4-5 #1's.

That is potentially 8-10 first rounders for a 34 year old KD.

The Rockets have an advantage over other teams, because if the NETS want to rebuild and tank, the Rockets control their picks.

The Rockets also have motivation to add someone like Bridges and Johnson, they don't want to lose good picks to the Thunder.

Would you give up the pair of #1's and trade swaps to the NETS for Johnson and Bridges?

Neither one of them are terribly young (26 years old), and that would take up a lot of their salary cap space going forward.

A little worried trading for Mikal Bridges makes us better and actually stops us from getting a top 4 pick.

Meh. Collect talent when it’s available. Figure everything else out later.

Give the nets back their ability to tank this year. Generational talent draft. They can throw their season away for Wemby sweepstakes.

I disagree under the Rockets current circumstances. That talent you have to draft, but signing as a FA or trading for what-he is-too early could do too much damage to our future. I think Bridges is still there this summer and we can try and get him then after we know where our pick lands.

How about Jalen Green and 3 first round picks for Cam Thomas?
