Cam Thomas vs. Jalen Green? Who is the best 2 guard from the 2021 NBA Draft

I'm not surprised you fail to understand what was said.

Jalen Green and Jabari Smith are the worst performing players on the roster... the largest net negatives and close to the worst in the league (Jabari is actually THE worst)

You can't be that negative unless you play a lot and almost no team is suicidal enough to play garbage like Jalen and Jabari big minutes, so that's how they end up at the very bottom.

If someone like Nix was played those minutes and given that kind of a role, no doubt he'd be worse, as would quite a few players I imagine.... but that doesn't really change the fact that both Jalen and Jabari are well below replacement level.

 

Sometimes we agree, sometimes we don't but I DEFINITELY don't agree with calling our young guys garbage. It's true that Jalen and especially Jabari have had struggles this season, but to me a garbage player is one who is irredeemably bad and have no chance at even being flipped for assets (e.g. 2021 Danuel House and even with him I dunno about that label)

 

Man is literally waiting years from now to post a i told u so thread if green doesn't pan out. gotta keep hating on green to prove that he was right about mobley.

It's how all mobley stans on here act.

 

And since he hedged his bet, the flip side would be
''I told you one day Green would become a quality NBA player''

To be clear, I'm saying the overall level of performance has been garbage, it's still possible that they figure things out and perform better in the future.

With House you had garbage performance with no hope of it ever getting any better. That's the difference
