    It was inevitable. I mean not ball hogging but tension between players increasing and things popping up. The coach has no control over the team, you don't get playing time based on merit, you don't even get proper praise from your coach even if you are the best player, some players can play no d and it is totally okay, as losses pile up players will start to blame each other because there is no authority to tell them who is effing up and who is not. Bari and Green probably had the best of expectations for themselves and they are pretty bad. This is a shithole now and needs a complete makeover, starting with getting rid of Silas. Then KPJ and Nix.

    What exactly does Silas do? We have not improved, our young guys (minus Sengun - despite Silas) haven't developed, he does not fire the team up when they are playing poorly.
