If i was KD i demand a trade to the winner of the NBA Lottery. He already got too much hate for the Warriors thing, got hate and failed with the Nets team up. Limited options to do a team up with other establishes superstars unless he wants to team up with Joker or Luka. IMO Wemby is going to make a huge impact from the jump just like Duncan. It makes most sense for the way KD's career has trended.

I hate that SAS is in this list with almost as much money available as the Rockets. They are a much more attractive organization than our current one.

I would argue that every franchise is better than us right now. We are a dumpster fire that even a hobo wouldn’t piss on for money to put out.

Debatable. Better coach and culture but how long do you think Pop has? Shitty city for athletes. Less young talent than us. They badly badly need #1-2 this year. More than us even.

I don't think he's a loose cannon or off his rocker. But Kyrie is very sure of himself. i don't think what others think is that crucial to him. He posted about a movie he liked, didn't get a vaccine because he felt sure of his own convictions. He strikes me as the kind of person that knows when to post and when to stir the pot. He's happy to proclaim that KD is a stud because he's Kyrie's friend and teammate. The week before the trade deadline is the perfect time to push.

Kyrie also understands, more than the Nets do, that he holds all the power here. If they don't satisfy his trade demand and won't give him the guarantees he wants, he'll leave. They'll have nothing to show for this super team but a mad Kevin Durant. And that will be their fault.

They are willing to let him walk that's why they called his "bluff". All the rest of stuff you said there is no justification for - he didn't even watch/understood that movie from what he said. He lost ton of money over it and gained nothing. Same with his covid stand - all he gained for it is a following of other wackos. Once he transfers it to some sort of benefit, then you can MAYBE say "he knows when to post"

And don’t they have a lot of issues with their arena? The Spurs want to play a lot of their home games in other places. For a team with a lot of relatively recent success, it seems bizarrely unstable.

My guess is that you can strike off any team in California and the Northeast because the teams don't want to upset their Jewish populations.

That leaves Dallas, Houston, Miami, Utah (lol), Detroit, Minnesota, Milwaukee, Chicago (most likely), Denver, OKC, and San Antonio.

    I'm guessing Dallas or Chicago.

Basically you're describing someone with Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

He holds about as much power over the Nets as Eric Gordon does over the Rockets - basically none. But, being delusional about your own ability is pretty NPD so it checks out.

I think they let him walk. If anything, try to make another move to fortify the roster and go all in this year. Kd isn't getting younger. If it doesn't work this year, it's never gonna work.

Trade for Kyrie, draft Wemby, and sign Harden.

Unless they can get Dinwiddie + pick back for him - I think they'd want reset of their culture, cause they used to be real proud of it and they would want to start rebuild with a culture guy they know well.
