There is no sign that JGreen and Bari have higher ceiling than Sengun and Tari. That's just perception. It seems that you were imposed by media rather than informed.

Guys drafted 21 Rising Star '23 players and our boys ranked:
    #3 Alp
    #6 JGreen
    #20 Jabari.

If Bari was there instead of Jabari, I am sure he will not be picked lower than 20 out of 21.

Alp's 20 year old stats is better than Jokic's. It does not mean Alp will be all time great but shows that he will certainly be a great player. At least we can compare Alp to some greats to predict his ceiling. I like all 4, it is championship core but I can't find any data showing that JGreen's and Jabari's ceiling are higher than Alp and Tari.

Shortsighted NBA execs draft ranking does not prove anything.

Yeah, 10-8 due to a fluke ass 7 game winning streak lead by wood, EG, and Mathews. Sengun was barely playing then. When Jalen plays well, we are more competitive. Sengun playing well doesn’t have the same impact. In our wins, Jalen typically puts up big numbers. A lot of our wins come when Sengun doesn’t do ****

Not at all. I just hit you with facts that you didn’t have an answer for. So we beat the pistons when neither of them played.. we beat the thunder when Sengun scored 10 points and didn’t have one of his monster games. That game was led by EG, Tari, and KJ. So tell me again how Sengun just carries us to wins, while Jalen never does?

He wanted to be a Rocket himself. I would have even wished that Chet fell to us at 3 at this point and wouldn't have cared if he was injured all year.

I don't think we even disagree on Jalen.

Of course our chances of winning go up when he plays well. He takes the most shots and gets the most minutes. Problem is, he hasn't made the most of it and really hasn't helped us win many games. But I haven't given up on him. He absolutely has the potential to be the best scorer on the team, and perhaps even one of the best in the league. But he needs to become more consistent and he needs to actually learn how to play defense and commit to it. We get killed from outside more than in the paint.

It's similar for KPJ - he has the ball more than anyone else on the team. The difference is that he doesn't have the potential of Jalen, and he is known as a malcontent, plus, he makes the ball sticky and takes others out of their games.

KPJ has the ball for 6.9 minutes per game, 12th in the entire NBA, more than Curry, Giannis, etc. etc.
Jalen has it for 4.8 minutes per game.
Sengun has it for 2.1 minutes per game.

KPJ and Jalen and Jabari should have had a bigger impact on winning than Sengun and Tari.

    Except they haven't.

P.S.: You hit me with zero facts. You never have any facts. Just unsubstantiated opinion, and Sengun hate. That's it.

I mean what pick was Jokic drafted, what about Devin Booker, or Giannis.

Do Buck fans remember Jabari Parker, what about Dragan Bender

Clutchfans collectively act like such noobs when it comes to drafts.

It's amusing to see you get triggered by people starting threads about the Rockets' franchise player.

Absolutely right - I would like to look more into when their franchises made the decision to stop prioritizing based on draft order and instead started prioritizing based on performance.

That's what smart franchises do - draft position is "sunk cost" - you make your decisions based on expected future returns, not on draft position.

all about context. Jalen green in most of these games has c. wood, and kpj with him deferring to them most of his rookie season while sengun wasn't even really playin yet.

I see great potential in Jalen Green cause that man is a scoring machine. Yes sengun, eason and martin are doing better right now, but i don't see any of them putting up 30-40 as easily as green.

Pretty sure sengun prefers green and think they will b good together over the likes of nix, head honcho, and gordon.

Totally agree. As I said, I am not out on Jalen and Jabari.
