not bad for an off game, what I liked the most was not the fancy genius pass behind the back, but the first basket where he refused to settle for 3 and just leisurely drove pass the defender only to casually lay it up...THIS WAS THE TRUE GENIUS! its so reassuring to know your franchise player is not a 3pt worshiper...
It's amazing how much better ALPs defense is with out KPJ and and Green putting up zero effort. That block on SGA was some elite athleticism.
His best play last night was the block on SGA, how did he get that? The flexibility and hang time to do something like that is insane.
We won, but "Silas doesnt get it" because the only wins that count are the ones where Sengun is featured - JFC these guys.
I have no complaints about yesterdays game. He didn't get much shots up cuz of the scheme OKC was running. He was basically doubled everytime he caught the ball and instead of forcing up shots we had good ball movement. More teams will probably plays us like that snd try to make anyone else beat them.

Sengun with 5 Minutes behind Wood last year and Bruno Starting with Sengun 5 minutes off the bench This Year looking back now it was terrible back then and looks even worse for Silas.
On the contrary Im enjoying the wins. Not needing to continue to blame Silas or any other player. I could care less who gets the shine and dont have a temper tantrum when my man crush is not the main attraction. Team is winning without KPJ, Jalen and a less than stellar Sengun - THAT IS A GOOD THING!
I am sorry but in no universe daishen nix starting instead of Tari and running the point instead of Sengun should not be punished by other than a life sentence in prison, even death sentence in some states. I get it you are happy with Rockets stumbling into the win but you absolutely missed higher goals and dedication to detail, that leads to being a successful winning org... Its not about wins and losses anyway but about development and playing the right way. We already r****ded Senguns development by 2 years... How many years until they even start getting it right? we developing eric gordon and daishen nix now, that wont even be here next year instead of sengun and tari our core players? Juts like we did last year with theis, house and other scrubs... You deserve Silas and this mes of the org. Put Jalen Green at Point Guard just to Experiment with a 2 man pick and roll with Sengun. Only TyTy is a Point Guard, Daishen Nix I don't know what he is.
Whether you call it PG or not, and I know some of y'all think our fake female friend @hakeem94 is crazy, but he has a point. Sengun should have the ball in his hands most of the time. Nobody else has the court vision and basketball IQ and passing skills he has (on top of that, he also has an almost automatic shot near the basket, but that's irrelevant for this argument). You can have someone else dribble it across to bring it up, but from then on, the next move should be all Sengun. That's how good he is.
Teams will be fronting Sengun and denying him the ball now. We saw how effective it was last night when we stalled on offense trying to make entry passes. Big brain Silas needs a way to counter it, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Plays for Sengun are still very inconsistent and freelanced. There's needs more consistent plays called when Sengun can't get position in the low post.
Just put him on ball or set the screen for him to get rid of his man...If we can win games with Nix being the point guard we can win tenfold more with Alpi at PG. LOL
