Why would it not make sense to you that an ally of US would be deterred from striking a country that the US has a major peace deal with? It gets old when you guys do the whole fake confused act. I know you are smart enough to know that it would have been a deterrent for both Israel and Iran to mess with each other. Pulling out of the Iran deal signaled to the world that Iran is not off limits. Not that Iran needed to be protected by the US but they needed to be dealt with… and I preferred the peaceful way. You obviously prefer violence so it is what it is. Just don’t give me the phony obvious response. You aren’t dumb.
That being said Israel taking out the drone manufacturing facility would be super sus. I would find it hard to believe there wasn’t some sort of coordination with the allied team assisting Ukraine. However I’ve gotten the sense that the Iranian drones were more of an expensive nuisance than a weapon that would turn the tide of the war and worth having an ally attack a country producing them on their soil.

It was the weekend, the reports are largely unverified and not able to be verified, and Israel has been conducting clandestine operations including assassinations and bombings against Iran for a while now. While this is an escalation in the conflict, I do not expect it will be covered beyond the initial reporting. Iran is downplaying the attacks, Israel will not admit to anything, and there are no western reporters on the ground to actually verify anything. And while Iran has been engaged in a clandestine terror campaign against Israel, there is no indication so far this event will trigger a response beyond the typical terror from Iranian backed militant groups. Iran launching missiles at the U.S. base in Iraq barely made the news. Israel blowing up Iranians and munitions in Syria does not make the news anymore. Until you see Iranian missiles bombarding Israel or Israeli F-35s bombing Tehran, the international coverage will stay the same.
Good for Israel, Iran has been supplying drones and weapons to Russia and other terrorist organizations. DD

They are pro war when it’s a war they want to fight.. or a war “their guys” are fighting. All of these guys I’m sure were totally all about taking out Sadam with their perceived good ole boy military back in the 2000’s even though it didn’t serve our interests at all, and Sadam wasn’t a threat to any sovereign countries anymore with the Kuwait situation under control. I guarantee you all these guys were all about that war. All other times they gaslight folks on the left because they know it’s in our nature to be anti-war so any effort like Ukraine which is actually reasonable to allow a country to simply defend itself from an invading tyrant, they think they can gaslight the left into self doubt. I’m just sort of sick of being talked to by these guys like we are impressionable idiots. We have receipts and we know that it’s only a matter of time before the right will want to go to war again if it’s your guy waging it against the brown skin guy you don’t like.
Why are conservatives now weirdly isolationists who don't believe anything the military says is going on in the world?
Remember when you guys thought the government lying about WMDs to escalate a war was bad. Now you believe they are sending top tier weapons after giving a quick rundown to the locals about how to not have them captured and shipped to china.
