    im still perplexed why they insist on running drop coverage with him... i'm not saying full switch or hedge will be the best thing ever, but i'd at least like to see it

    Watch alpis legs do amazing work here from FT line to the restricted circle under the rim while denying Lavine
    it was like the reality's equivalent of the cartoon simulation of the ultra fast bird that makes a fool of the coyote every time

    That’s because when those three are on the court it means Jabari is on the bench. I’m not out on Jabari but objectively he has been one of our worst players this year.

    The Rockets are just more enjoyable to watch without KPJ and Green, plain and simple.

    Defense and effort goes up purely because of the subtraction.

    Surely it's just coincidence Sengun isn't 'unplayable because of his defense' anymore... but actually rather quite serviceable defensively when he doesn't have opposing guards make a beeline for the paint every single possession.

    OP was referring to refs treatment but you are right, turns out getting rid of the guards is magical for Sengun’s defense as well.
