At least the left babies know they’re babies. The bizarro pc babies on the right seem to think they aren’t giant b****es.

But what you KNOW is that your grandfather would want to go after your grandmother, not that he would assist in her suicide.

The issue isn't Nick Offerman offing himself, it's him assisting in the other guy's suicide. That's the upcoming debate.

You could also be an atheist and be against assisted suicide.

The episode reminded me of myself & @Buck Turgidson except I am not gay (I think he is). I'm an artsy, high-life, fashionable, innerloop type (better than him (Buck) if you will). And he (Buck) is an outdoorsy gruffy man that still can appreciate good food. He hated me at first but we coo now.

I'm enjoying it! but im just a casual so i have no reference or feeling toward the characters like the people who played the games. I really liked Chernobyl. (if you can like something that bleak) so I knew this was going to be baseline good.

I'm not against gay characters in movies, shows and games. I'm against studios feeling the need to include the topic in every single damn show and movie. Making a movie or a show without gay characters or some woke topic is now the rare exception. I'm sorry that I can't just sit there and enjoy a show with two bearded gay dudes kissing all while ignoring that the only reason this is happening is because of the woke movement and the implementation of it in Hollywood to push the agenda.

This show is centered around a post apocalyptic world with infected zombie like humans. And the most important thing in episode 3 was the gay couple's backstory and life.

Do we get a back story about Joel falling in love with his daughter's mother? Like a whole episode about it? Or nah because Joel just so happens to not be gay. If we had a backstory for these dudes then I want to see love backstory for every main and side character. I want to see how they met, the little cute romantic things they did for each other. Their silly arguments and their love making.

what agenda is being promoted by liking this episode?
the criticism of the episode basically boils into two camps: (1) gay is bad/gross, or (2) story was boring and unnecessary. The first camp stems from personal issues that nobody can really help with. The second camp is at least subjectively reasonable, but even if you find it boring the episode contributes significantly to the character arc of one of the main characters. just bc you may not be perceptive enough to see what's happening doesn't mean the episode does nothing, although you can still dislike the episode bc you subjectively find it boring.

don't know how to help you bro. my best advice would be just not to ever go outside your house lest you encounter some diversity that makes you uncomfortable. also don't watch any media past black and white i love lucy days. you should probably just stop watching this show too bc it's only going to get more woke and you don't want to be anymore invested in it than you already are if episode 3 is so triggering.

I didn't play the game because I heard they changed it alot from the first one and went full woke, including trans characters and a gay Ellie. Who wasn't in the first game? I don't know. Was Ellie gay in the first game? @dumbartonbass

Thus muscular chick is hinted to being trans

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/vide...ii-is-compelling-theres-so-much-more-be-done/
"It's from this moment that Lev emerges as a major focal point of Abby's story and the player's attention. We learn, from Abby's perspective, his backstory — that he's trans (though the word itself is never said), that he was cast out of the Seraphite faction after he shaved his head, an act that marks him as a man among the Seraphites, and that he and his sister left his unaccepting mother behind. Resolving this arc becomes a major concern of Abby's story."

Why were you uncomfortable during the bedroom gay sex scenes? That's pretty homophobic, you shouldn't feel uncomfortable. Its wrong to feel uncomfortable with bearded gay men making sweet love.

I actually agree with you. It's just those who claim everyone that doesn't like it is on camp 1, whereas many of us are in camp 2 (even though I disagree with the premise that it contributes significantly to the character arc, at most minor contribution that took over an hour to deliver).

I'm not triggered, I watched the whole show. I will tune in for the 4th episode. I'd like my zombie apocalypse shows to be about the zombie apocalypse thou, you know... Survival and stuff. But if they will give priority to a gay couple I want priority to all the romances of the characters in the show. Gay or not.

movies / tv shows are all about the journey. nothing would last more than 5 minutes if they took the straightest path from point A to point B. in this case, bill and frank's story illustrates what is at stake for joel, and spending the bulk of the episode fleshing out what they had (the good and the bad) contributes significantly to that. sure they could've skipped the whole love story and just shown joel reading the note left behind by bill, but it wouldn't carry the same weight. if you just want to see what happens at the end skip the rest of the episodes too bc none of it is 'necessary' for the conclusion, but the conclusion is going to feel empty without the journey before it.
