Do you understand what the current policy is? No person can apply successfully at the border no more. Nobody. They have to apply in Mexico and fit in the monthly quota. There's no legal assylm being processed at the border. CBP has the policy behind them and they should enforce the law. They need to stop allowing folks from crossing and enforce the law. Until we hire more judges to process the claims then the only policy that makes sense is remain in Mexico. Biden is tougher on the border in every metric when you look at raw numbers and policy.
