Military personnel is already there. All past wars including WWII where we were involved before we were officially involved. In those cases we were not deploying top echelon weapons like this. Tank commander is E6, it's laughable to train someone in a month. You cannot just hand Russia an American tank on a platter. It has to be deployed with a competent crew.

They’re not going to train them in a month. Kirby said it will take months. also yes US military personnel are in Ukraine. They are guarding US diplomats and providing intel and advice to Ukraine. That is a far cry from combat troops. Do you have proof that US troops are there manning tanks? Especially since the Abrams aren’t even there yet?
