The amount of great SS in this league is crazy. The late 90s with ARod/Nomar/Jeter/Larkin/Vizquel was the golden era of SS, and yet the current crop is substantially better with its amazing depth of talent. Several shortstops are playing other positions right now because of how deep the position is.
I won't read it when it comes out and I have no idea what the title means in relation but the irony is that winning 2022 World Series did fix most everything. The pivot the media made and some fans was hilarious to watch. Now, I'd give my left testicle (knocked out of course) to win another WS in 23'.
Click gets replaced by Dana Brown. Yuli gets replaced by Abreu. A Diaz gets replaced by Hensley. JV gets replaced by Hunter Brown. And Kate gets replaced by Margot. It's been a good off-season.
This is the lady that is the real life Barbie on the Barbie movie, right? Good Luck Tuck, as if you needed anymore in your life.
Not really an off-season related question, but the wife and I are looking at possibly doing season tickets for the upcoming season (I know we’re late to be looking). Most likely one of the smaller partial plans (weekend/weekday/series plan). Anybody with experience… what are some of the perks of season tickets? How easy to resale tickets of games you can’t make? Odds of breaking even after reselling tickets? Postseason perks? appreciate any and all responses to this!
I like that there's no "uniform controversy" with the Stros, like with the Texans in the other forum. https://www.seattletimes.com/sports...g-gray-road-jerseys-because-of-new-mlb-rules/
Have the Stros announced their 4 jerseys for next year? I thought the greys were alright as far as greys go (same with Seattle). Their blue home weekenders with the rainbow under the armpits were the worst, imho, but I know I'm in the minority on this.
Seems like their jerseys already fit the rule, so i assume its the same. 4 Regular jerseys: White/Grey/Orange/Blue + Space City. Blue with tequila sunrise are the best imo. And Framber's jersey of choice.
I don't think there's a "plus" anymore, right? 4 only. This was my question based on a cursory reading of the article I posted. eta: it's 4 usual jerseys (home, road, 2 alternates) plus the fancy "city connect" one. Nike seems to be behind this, which sucks as usual.
So Framber's favorite is the one you hate? I like the full blown throwback rainbow jersey the most and like any reminder on an updated jersey myself.
Rightly or wrongly I am assuming those are regular jerseys and do not include specialized jerseys like throwback, mothers day or father's day jerseys.
