Again, I think 90% of cop problems would be solved if all cops were force to wear those London cop uniforms of the early 20th century. Tacticool is unfortunately a large part of law enforcement culture and why young males are allured to the profession. Make the uniforms goofy. Make it well known the job is community service, not a special forces entity.

Just understand there were people just like you who made fun of activists in the 60s. They also pointed to a couple of grifters back in the day to dismiss the entire concept of activism.
