Sengun can produce numbers like Doncic. He can and likely will average something close to a triple double, except at higher efficiency than Doncic, and with better defense. He's that good.
We can agree on this. Wemby with Alp/Green/Jabari/KPJ/Tari/KJ will go a long way to winning next year.

Simple really. Before KPJ was sidelined due to injury, it was the starting 5 that sucked so bad, after KPJ was sidelined, starting 5 did a much much better job but 2nd unit sucked in every single game.

Even more so once we replace KPJ with a steady hand veteran point guard FA. And we actually still have cap room for 1-2 max FA (only issue is that no FA really deserves the max).

I wasn't talking about alternative uses. Sengun will not be with the bench guys, he will be with kpj mostly and will be used as a screener. I will be very surprised if KPJ adapts a new role or Silas tries something new. The Sen-hub is for the future, not for now. The lack of back-up guards is a construction problem and will hurt us anyway. That should not stop us do what is best for the future. The best remedy for now in my opinion is to move KPJ to 6th man, playing around 20-25 minutes but at most 10-15 of them with Sengun.
So even are slowly coming around. He will get you eventually. Don't see how you can hate Sengun for his defense and not Jalen or KPJ. How do you think we can win with their defense? It's way worse.

I hate their defense too. I feel like they have the tools to be better defenders. I also really believe the 5 man gotta be good on that end
